my response to Fastfood probably is 95% of how I would have responded to you. If your one of those Investors ( JAdam for example - I think ?) who have managed to average down and are sitting in the black - your probably also probably reasonably happy with you investment. Investors who have lost shed loads are either sold out or sitting very much in the minority.

With respect - I dont think its BS. Yes if you look back to 2017 - then a lot of SH have lost pots of money. But i'm not talking about 2017 - i'm talking about 18th March 2021. By the time options and warrents are factored in - you are going to have 640m shares at 5p or less.

You'll have to update your promotional piece. A couple of points:

1) Your not a long suffering PI. You sold out long back - came back in recently in the 5p range and are now sitting pretty.

2) Probably 80-85% of SH are sitting pretty in 4-6p range. Maybe this range is a little higher now with Slater selling a portion of their holding and new Investors coming in.

3) There's only perhaps 5% or less sitting at a loss.

Always good to go back and re-read or re-listen to some of these old presentations / interviews. As Maestro mentioned some good stuff in the December Interview ref Clearwater Assets. At the time (Dec 12) Brent was at $50 / bbl. At this price Majid said that these assets beginning to be competitive to develop versus the ultra cheap assets on the market.

He went on to say that new wells could be drilled and brought online within 30 days at 300 -500 bopd (for about $1.5m per well) . Based on the POO - I would be shocked if we didn't hear about additional new wells shortly.

Thank you and understood. I will delve into KELT a bit deeper. I see all this data on what reserves / acreage should be worth and a $ per unit thrown at it . I will try to figure out how the market values this as part of KELT who presumably have market recognition and hence a proper "market valuation". .

At a headline level KELT have a market cap of UKP 315m (so about 4.4 x i3E). However, they have about 2.5 x the production, similar product mix but perhaps slightly more oil. No idea how the reserves / acreage stack up - but ill start looking into their reserves report and 3Q results.

ALso DOC - if you plan to engage with overseas Investors on a BB like this or similar regularly - it might be worth considering sticking to USD (or even better GBP). I dont think too many people outside of Canada work in CAD . I find it just adds to the confusion when looking at reports.

I started to look through the list of Canadian Companies that you provided to see if I could find a similar one to do a side by side comparison with I3E to gauge value. I have not finished looking at all the companies yet - but at a glance KEL looks like looking at closer. Production is a little over double I3E and similar product mix (56% Gas , 44% Liquids). I noticed from your blog that your a holder. I assume that you have done this comparison already - can you share any of these metrics that demonstrate I3E's value.

Thankyou - from that is appears a fairly even spread buy v sells looking at the largest trades.

It would be nice/positive to see a new Institution take a stake. I wouldn't mind Bybrook holding a smaller stake though Im not keen to see them sell either.
