Abacus1 - I would be interested to hear your other concerns if you have any decent insight to offer. Whilst I agree that these boards typically cheer positive comments and shoot down negative ones regardless of whether they are grounded in fact. However, your post does come across a little unduly negative and who's to say it is any more realistic than some of the posts/posters you are criticizing.
Helium for example - I may have misheard but I thought the new CEO had already confirmed that Pantheon had retained the rights to Helium and that it existed in concentrations of 0.5 to 2%. There are several ways to extract Helium but the most logical appears to be during the Liquefaction of LNG. From my seat it looks like if the LNG Plant goes ahead - there will be significant revenues from Helium.
On the flow tests - I think most here understand the risks of getting a result that underwhelms including the possibility of bore blockage or similar - however, PANR understand the geology well, have drilled similar wells in the past - my gut feel is that the odds are skewed to the upside and they are likely to meet or exceed the guidance given.
I also dont think poor results in any one horizon will result in a halfing of the SP - there are more horizons and shallower horizons than pre-drill estimates so my gut feel as I stated above is that the entire program is likely to exceeed pre-drill estimates with a consequent significant rise in prospective resources which I dont think is priced in.
I do have a concern about the Gas Pipeline but I have already voiced it once so I wont repeat again - so lets hear your other concerns.
