Please clarify what this new high is you are talking about - whats the number ?

Also - what is your 40 -50p target based on - what's the production numbers you are using and how long to achieve. Is your target based on a CF multiple ?

The volume on the day that Questor released the buy recommendation was 18m alone, with and average daily volume of 4.5m and not forgetting other RN's - we churned through way more than 50m. It looks like you've either significantly underestimated the require churn or else there's other reasons for the SP sitting at 12p.

Also we agree on a short term target of 15p + although you are saying 3 months and i'm saying after the gas hedges expire (around end of October).

DOPW - you need to DYOR and understand whether you can trust Management or not - if you dont there's got to be a question mark over your decision.

I thought previously you said it would take about 40m shares to churn the placing which we have surpassed - or did I read you incorrectly. In my opinion we have already churned through the placing shares substantially and what we are seeing is the market currently valuing i3e towards the bottom end of the valuation chain at about 2 x CF. This will change over time - premium performance = premium rating.

In my opinion the f/o is not the sole key to get past 15p (although its significant) - there are other drivers one of them being gas prices - when the current hedges expire end of October - its worth over 2p per share in FCF - add in the work overs, Wapiti wells , a planned farm out of South Simonette etc - provided current oil/gas prices remain supportive - I see the SP climbing above 15p within the next few months , certainly before the end of November with or without a FO.

The FO no one knows for sure - I believe it is still on but could possibly be delayed until after COP26 - this appear to be what Barnyards mate is alluding to !

Do you hold any shares in Kistos ? Is i3e's discount vis-a-vis Kistos justified in your opinion- aside from the reputation of the CEO Andrew Austin - i dont understand it.

I'm not entirely sure Austins reputation is justified - I think he may have got lucky with Rock Rose with respect to the cash Rock Rose assumed in its acquistions.

I assume you are talking of a 52 week high - are you saying next Monday i3e breaks out above 16.6p - that's nearly 40% from todays level?

Given that the Cenovous Acquisition is post period - what are you expecting to see in the results that will drive a 40% plus gain?

the article relates primarily to oil sands - i3e's production is conventional oil. Tightening regulations might even help conventional producers as authorities focus on the biggest emitters.

Thanks - I missed that - IMO though no change in messaging - they’ve always said the market will be undated if and when an agreement is reached.

I do think though that the expected date Might slip due to Cop26/Cambo. If I was betting - I would say look for something on or after 14th November.

The effect is to dilute current shareholders by just under 1%. So minimal inpact on the SP and possible already factored into to some extent.

Someone asked the exercise price - it was 0.1p if I recall correctly, Goes to demonstrate the dangers of being over exposed to a senior lender and unable to meet the loan conditions.

no - these are the warrants held by the loan note holders and not the options held my Management. The warrants are exercisable at any time and have no targets associated with them.

If you go the the question and answer section on i3e's website - they confirm they have no near term plans to buy back shares.

Typical - were all waiting for an RNS on results or an update on operations and we get one on more shares !!

Is Ravenscroft and Online Broker - did you buy online. I managed to get EMO added to the Hargreaves Lansdown Platform but have not Managed to get Nobel added. I got this message back from Hargreaves:
