Very encouraging drill results from ASX listed FirstAU with assays due in the next couple of weeks. Strong gold mineralisation showing and a cost effective, fully funded further exploration plan in place for #HAMA who hold a 65% interest in the project.

I can’t sit back and listen to this guff anymore.

For #Bitcoin treasury company’s, a capital raise on good terms is not just seen as positive, it’s integral to the overall strategy of a company like #HAMA in this sector.

With regard to Nick’s comms, he has communicated regularly, almost weekly, via RNS and interview and has done everything he’s stated and set out in each RNS in a timely fashion. So this nonsense of him “disappearing” is lunacy, especially when he RNS’d this morning and issued a statement!

The interim results accounted for much of the time prior to Nick coming onboard and didn’t raise any red flags.

Nick holds 4.26% of the company so any funding round raise or M&A activity, whether it’s CLN based or not, will most likely prioritise a low dilution approach.

Onto the real news now with 2-3 BOD and advisory appointments still TBA and the “early September” strategy investor call due. I’d say funding news prior so they’ve got something material to talk about.

Bit of FOMO at #HAMA

Understandable as per the RNS stating more BOD appointments and advisory roles.

Also the investor call is set for “Early September” so for them to have something non market sensitive to talk about re funding and strategy it would follow that the next funding round may be announced prior to said call

This is an interesting example of how a Section 35 Directive works for #EPP @energy_pathways investors.

On the 21st August, the Hope Farm 100MW Wind Farm Section 35 application was approved in full and all aspects of the project were given the green light.

As you will see, they applied on 28th July 2025 and received a very swift approval on 21st August.

The reasons for the approval were cited as:

• It being a “Project of large scale significance”

• The “Proposed Development will play an important role in enabling an energy system that meets the UK's commitment to reduce carbon emissions and the Government's objective to create a secure, reliable and affordable energy supply for consumers.”

So, what can existing, new and prospective investors take from this example?

• That the Section 35 Directive can be delivered within the 30 day guideline timeframe.

• That in that 30 day timeline the application would be fully approved and the project green lit.

It is not, as some have stated, a first step decision to accept MESH as a potential Section 35 candidate.

As MESH certainly ticks all the boxes with regard to being a: “significant piece of energy infrastructure” that will: “play an important role in enabling an energy system that meets the UK's commitment to reduce carbon emissions and the Government's objective to create a secure, reliable and affordable energy supply for consumers.”

Hopefully, this will give some investors more confidence in the process, the end results and the timeline involved.

The kind people @smallcappixuk have published my article on #EPP @energy_pathways

It aims to map out for new and existing investors what the MESH Project now offers since partnering with Siemens Energy, Hazer/KBR and Costain recently.

It also defines what components of the project fall under the new Section 35 directive to streamline approvals of around 80% of the project and what falls under the remit of the NSTA gas storage license that is to be resubmitted.

As you all know I am a large investor in EPP and have been for nearly a year. The article sets out what the MESH Project is and how recent developments regarding methane and nitrogen emissions being utilised for Green hydrogen, Graphite and Ammonia production mitigate SCOPE 3 emissions and result in a zero emissions output… Zero emissions yes, but to utilise and profit from waste emissions, not just for the sake of Net Zero. Also the involvement of big names in the industry will certainly help the credibility of MESH in the eyes of the regulators.

Basically the resubmitted application in my opinion will be far superior and stronger than the original one submitted in August 2024.

I know there’ll be some who say the article might be biased due to my holding, but the article is factually accurate and cross references RNS’s, articles and interviews. If there’s anything factually inaccurate then I’m happy to edit it.

It is up to investors to see if there’s value to be had here and they now have two recent offerings to go on with both myself and @ZaksTradersCafe taking the time to sit down and do some research to share with investors.

The strategy of #HAMA will be to target tier one institutional investment houses and pension funds with their #Bitcoin and #Gold treasury offering.

The most likely target for @GoldHamak would be Aberdeen PLC, a pension fund managing over £500bn of assets, and a company that both the Chairman Nick Thurlow and new NED Nicola Horlick have direct links to through their time at Bramdean.

It’s as much as I can add without going through the hassle of a TR1. If I went over the TR1 threshold I’d like to be able to do it with conviction with a decent amount. I’ve already provided screenshots with timestamps for some doubters already on X and Telegram. Feel free to DM for one. Sad to have to resort to such things, even after nearly a year of posting on EPP and sharing research and updates, but trust needs to be proved up sometimes, especially when the SP is faltering.

I’ve factually stated the bull case for EPP many times in posts and articles and provided links to RNS’s to corroborate my opinions and reasoning.

By all means take the time to prepare a well considered bear case with cross referenced accurate info and we can give it a read and investors can make up their own minds. Deal?

Well I used the drop to add to my holding and now hold 2.99%. I’ve held since October last year and still get accused of this being a pump and dump.

I also share my research of which all of it is crossed referenced to interviews, articles and RNS’s. I’ve always said if you can find anything factually inaccurate in my posts or my research then I’m happy to hold my hands up and change it.

I do find it fascinating how EPP gets so much stick. Some people have speculated that it’s due to some of critics having vendettas against some of the investors involved, some due to being ideologically anti net zero and renewables.

If it’s the latter, it just shows how little they know about MESH. Effectively, EPP have identified that the renewable sector, namely wind power doesn’t work very well and has provided a potential answer to help make it more efficient.

They will also be providing homegrown UK natural gas and energy storage which is a vital importance to the UK. And, in recent developments they will be utilising any hydrogen produced to create clean ammonia (as well as synthetic graphite as part of the process). So surely a positive for any clean energy skeptics.

So, it’s not zero emissions for the sake of net zero. It’s inadvertently zero emissions because all waste emissions are used to create valuable useful products.

But, as I’ve experienced both on here and on X, no matter how Factually accurate and compelling an investment case I can put across those slating the company are not interested in rational debate. Or in fact, any debate at all. Sadly, social media and the Internet is geared up so that I can spend hours researching and putting together an article or a body of research to which I’m rightly held accountable… however, a troll can come along and start a spurious rumour or make a potentially libellous baseless comment about the company and apparently that’s fine.

Longterm investments in potentially huge pieces of infrastructure take time and the road is often bumpy.

But thanks for being so nice about us investors facing substantial paper losses. Let’s hope we can revisit this in a few weeks and months with some regulatory approvals and a healthier SP.

Some thoughts on potential timelines for news flow at #HAMA.

As per the recent RNS and @RoastPR interview CEO Nick Thurlow has stated there are another 2-3 more BOD/Advisory appointments to be announced and there will be a much anticipated Investor Call at the start of September (definitive date not yet set) to map out the @GoldHamak #Gold and #Bitcoin strategy to target tier one investment and pension funds.

With 9 more trading sessions until the start of September it’s safe to assume investors can expect RNS’s to land any day.

With regard to the next major funding round, in my opinion we may see this RNS land before the Investor Call as well. If the funding package remains unannounced then it will still be price sensitive and therefore hard for Nick to talk with any detail about the forward plan.

Also good to see Pension funds starting to deploy into Bitcoin… This time South Korea’s $927bn state pension fund increasing its exposure to Bitcoin by 182%

There are of course no certainties in this world. But the MESH project ticks extensively every box with regard to what the government want and critically need for energy security and the energy transition.

The application has also gotten much stronger with the SCOPE 3 emissions mitigation via utilising the tech from KBR and Hazer to take gas emissions (methane and nitrogen) and turn them into green hydrogen, clean ammonia and synthetic graphite.

After a busy week at #EPP @energy_pathways I’m finally finding the time to respond to some concerns posted on X in recent days. So here’s a Mythbuster tweet to hopefully settle some of the more “concerning concerns” and misunderstandings.

1. “The NSTA refused the application.”

I think it’s important to highlight that the gas storage license wasn’t “rejected” as many investors might have assumed thus causing the knee jerk sell-off. Instead, due to “change of circumstance” the NSTA have requested an updated application resubmission. We investors of course need clarity, but it would seem the massive expansion of the project in recent months has caused the NSTA to… (how should I put this politely?) pass the buck with regard to making the primary project approvals for such a potentially huge piece of energy infrastructure onto another department. This may have been in response to EPP submitting the Section 35 request that bypasses the NSTA on non gas storage related elements of the project.

2. “The BOD launched the Section 35 directive in response to the NSTA call for a resubmission of the gas storage application”

The Section 35 application wasn’t made in response to the NSTA resubmission request this week, as you’ll see it was initially mentioned as a planned route to streamline approvals in an RNS dated 15th July 2025. 3. “The BOD knew the NSTA decision and snuck in a cheeky cash raise prior”

As I’ve just mentioned the Section 35 order was first mentioned in an RNS dated 15th July 2025, prior to the last capital raise on 29th July. In that raise almost all members of the BOD bought significantly more shares and increased their holdings at 4.25p. So I don’t think that’s the behaviour of a team that knew they’d be required to resubmit an updated application which would cause the share price to slide.

For added context, There have been 2 placings since IPO in December ‘23

29th July 2025 1,852,940 shares were bought by the BOD = £78,749

16th April 2025 the BOD bought 1,209,384 shares = £67,000

So in the 2 placings since IPO the BOD has bought in both and to the tune of £145,749

Not groundbreaking amounts, but certainly meaningful chunks with the CEO buying £44,000 and £31,000 respectively. He now holds 5.83% of the company.

4. “EPP are too small to be approved for such a big project”

This may have been an idea that could hold water in August 2024 when the original application was made. But since then EPP has partnered with industry heavyweights such as Siemens Energy, Costain, KBR and Wood Group to collaborate on MESH. So this is certainly no longer the case.

5. “That’s it, it’s all over for EPP!”

Well, let’s take a minute to look at things rationally. The gas storage license hasn’t been declined it’s being resubmitted for a decision and much of the work and verification has been done already and with tier one partner support things may well progress rapidly. Also the Section 35 directive streamlines approvals for all non gas storage related elements of MESH, which accounts for around 80% of the project. So with a 28 day turnaround timeline for a response, it is far from the end of the road for EPP.

I’ve seen genuine concern from investors this week and rightly so. As a longterm holder I don’t take this lightly. But I’ve also seen some posts delivered to feed off investor anxiety and in some cases they take pleasure in the prospect of people facing heavy losses.

As a large holder of EPP I’m rightly held to account on what I post and have to reference RNS’s etc to make sure all is factually accurate. Sadly to accuse a company of something negative you seemingly don’t need to demonstrate the same levels of rigour.

Despite this, I see “contrarian” voices on EPP as a positive. They push me to research more and in responding, it allows me to share that research with fellow investors. Polite, civilised debate is always the aim.
