Fantastic news today as EPP partner with Siemens ($205 billion market cap company) having last week, signed an MOU with Hazer and KBR.

As a long-term investor in this company, I am greatly encouraged to see my research validated by these major companies and their involvement in MESH. It further adds to my conviction that this will be a truly life changing investment.

Anyway, onto more interesting things.

Here are two investing posts from Hazer group regarding their work with KBR on graphite and hydrogen.

It wasn’t criticism per se, and I have been polite. It was just a note on how important wording is re investor perception. It’s not just you, if you read down through the past week’s posts the language used isn’t, in my opinion, reflective of the investment reality at EPP.

Terms like “duster” (binary but leaning to the negative and wholly unrelated to a fully appraised and already successfully drilled gas field) seems an odd term to use. As was the 50/50 binary term for license approval, when the reality is that the license is highly likely to be approved for all the reasons I posted earlier. Same goes for accounts whose only posts are ever to comment on the selling at EPP.

As someone who owns a significant chunk of the company my concerns re accurate messaging are valid in my opinion.

I don’t mean to be problematic here but using terms like “duster” when there’s no binary production/operational/drilling risk is a bit misleading, as is referring to the license as a 50/50 bet.

The big decision is the license, which and as you’ve seen from my previous post certainly isn’t a binary bet.

I’ve noted your comments on LSE and via your Mark account on Twitter with regard to graphite prices etc, and past posts that another user on here had flagged up as negative re your persistence that MESH was only ever a gas production play. I don’t think you’re being negative per se however, I don’t think some of the messaging is particularly helpful (for instance top end returns for license approval being 20p… £37m MCAP? )

MESH when licenses are approved will firstly access the RNS’d cornerstone finance at “multiples of the current SP” (as per RNS), this sees a significant rise toward, if not exceeding 20p… Then there’s the tier one FTSE 100 finance package to be unlocked via the license approval from the gas offtake partner (yet to be named). From then on it unlocks all the various other offtake partners and operational newsflow in the run up to FID.

I do understand risk adversity, however, the more research I do on MESH the more money I’m willing to commit, and the more vital I see it being to the UK energy sector.

Regarding the license approval, I don’t think it’s 50/50. Here’s a post why:

I’ve had a few DM’s asking how confident I am that #EPP @energy_pathways will be granted storage license approvals for MESH. The answer I give is: Yes, very confident indeed, and for these reasons:

• In May 2024 EPP were approved to apply for an “out of round” application for the Marram license. This is usually only permitted “if justified by exceptional circumstances”… Usually, the NSTA will only consider an application where a potential applicant can demonstrate a firm commitment to near-term activity.” Source: NSTA website.

Recognition by the NSTA that MESH is a project with real potential.

• As per the RNS in August 2024 “A number of major tier one engineering and energy companies, interested in participating in EnergyPathways' MESH development have provided letters of support for our gas storage licence application.” A ringing endorsement from industry leaders.

• In October 2024 were invited by the NSTA & DESNZ to consult as part of the Hydrogen Storage Business Model (HSBM) Design Group. This group comprises a select number of companies, including several Tier-One companies that are at the forefront of the UK's energy transition. It would be odd if the company advising the government about gas and hydrogen storage were then denied the opportunity to store gas and hydrogen.

• In December 2024 the NSTA & DESNZ approved the Operatorship License for the Marram gas field. A huge milestone for EPP and a vote of confidence from the NSTA.

• EPP are consulting with the NSTA and Crown Estate to restructure the original license application to make it a “straight to production” license and more logistically and financially beneficial to EPP. This demonstrates a very positive working relationship with the regulatory bodies involved.

• In March EPP presented the MESH project at the @OEUK_ Share Fair, an event sponsored by the NSTA.

This again shows an appreciation by the NSTA for the potential in MESH

• As per the Climate Change Levy RNS, EPP will be applying for the HAR3 (Hydrogen Storage Allocation Round).

This would not be done if there wasn’t significant confidence the storage license would be approved.

• One crucial and very positive element to EPP’s application is that, as stated in the recent @Telegraph article, the MESH project requires no government or taxpayer funding. All they need is the “permission to get on with it”

• This week’s MOU with Hazer and KBR (a $6bn NYSE listed company) demonstrates the confidence major corporations have in the approval being granted. Also, and more importantly, the MOU furthers SCOPE 3 emissions compliance with waste emissions (methane/nitrogen) being utilised to create critical minerals like Graphite and valuable products such as low cost hydrogen and Ammonia.

And in response to your criticism of my stocks… Of course not all can work out and make us all millionaires.

However, during my time posting on those stocks…

MSMN rose from 0.02p to 0.078p in spring summer 2024 and 0.025p to 0.055p and then 0.024p to 0.07p in 2025.

Sadly due to Vecta delays the share price faltered, and management didn’t stand up to what was required… Sadly out of my control. But having shared research during a “refocus on helium and a recovery” from lows of 0.012p I can hardly be accused of a simple pump and dump.

After this I was looking for another recovery play, similar to MSMN, a company with a troubled past, that promised a revival. That’s when I came across you at 80M. I was hopeful for a MSMN style recovery but sadly the recovery didn’t come and I exited with a small win, but not what I was wanting. However, I took time to research the prospect and share that research and, as I said to you at the time, if you can prove anything I’d posted didn’t come from an RNS or an interview then I’d correct or edit it.

Moving on FRG, I came across it at 3p and it rose to over 6p. I shared extensive research and stand by the fact that with a recently doubled JORC assessment and a 50 year mine life it’ll do well. Sadly uncertainty regarding the short term finance and a delay on getting the first kiln online has lowered the share price. But I’m still holding 2% as a longterm holder.

ROQ and NTVO: again saw potential but sadly I don’t run either company so they made me small profits but disappointing.

You fail to mention other stocks… I picked MARU at 3p and it rose to 15p, then 7p to 15p a second time.

I3E where I had my biggest winner, a two year hold from 4p to 32p.

I shared extensive research. research that can be corroborated and cross checked by investors, if they agree they can buy, if not then that’s their choice. I don’t post rocket ships 🚀 or unexplained or unproven ramps or deramps. I back everything up with links to RNS’s, articles and interviews.

Sadly for people like me who will pick a stock, stick their neck out and share research, people like yourself will criticise and feel the need to kick them at any opportunity, when very often those critics never share any stock tips themselves.

I hold 2.5% of EPP and will continue to until the two likeliest scenarios happen:

1. A buyout by a competitor

Or

2. Full project rollout.

Sadly, there will always be people who will always prefer to see others lose money than celebrate their wins. I don’t expect a reply to this post, but I take time to produce research and share it, something most don’t bother doing

I found it fascinating that after a very important strategic partnership with a high profile pair of companies earlier this week all of a sudden there are several new posters arriving on the board subtly hinting at “bad news” in the offing and the license somehow not been granted.

With regard to the license. The MESH project could not be any more aligned with government policy (and that includes cross party support), particularly now with scope three emissions being thoroughly ticked off the list with waste methane and nitrogen being utilised for high value products such as graphite, very low cost green hydrogen and ammonia.

So, having been frustrated at the lack of share price movement of late and recognising that it’d take the license approval to really unlock further news and a significant rise in value, you’ll see that as the time to sell.

And people wonder why investors lose money on the stock market 😂

Hello, yes just looked over the slides.

Quite right, the pricing for “initial high volume, high confidence” applications primarily is around $500 per tonne.

They highlight that these initial applications are for graphite with “minimal or no post treatment”, however the graphite is of 95% quality and has all the properties required for “conductive carbon” (also highlighted as a target market), so it seems there would be potential for upping the value of the raw end product significantly from the $500 per tonne mark.

Let’s take a closer look at today’s #EPP MOU with @hazergroupltd & @KBRincorporated

It’s estimated that the MOU Plan will provide:

60,000 tonnes pa High Grade Synthetic #Graphite

@ $5000 per tonne = $300,000,000 pa

(See below for pricing estimate used)

And

20,000 tonnes pa Green #Hydrogen

@ $3865 per tonne = $77,000,000

That’s a potential total revenue of $377,000,000 pa

However this doesn’t include revenue from the new #Ammonia production arm of the company, nor does it take into account the natural #Gas production and storage revenues.

Before I’m crucified for positing this, this is based on production tonnage estimates from EPP, Hazer and KBR and of course represents revenue and not profit and I have utilised conservative prices for both Green Hydrogen and Synthetic Graphite (Synthetic Graphite prices fluctuate wildly based on end usage/quality and can achieve up to $20,000 per tonne)

Even so, I think you’ll agree, the numbers are quite compelling.

However, the more important side of the MOU is the laser focussed compliance with the SCOPE 3 emissions requirements with regard to the gas storage license at Marram. Time for an approval don’t you think?

Yes, when there’s even modest buying volume the MM’s struggle, as there’s 41% of the company not in public hands and a small free float.

Quite a remarkable MOU partnership with @hazergroupltd & the $6bn NYSE listed @KBRincorporated pushing a further huge and potentially profitable expansion of the MESH project from @energy_pathways #EPP

Several more strings added to EPP’s bow as they will create the “lowest cost hydrogen in the UK” using the methane pyrolysis method, this will produce, as a by-product, graphite which opens up another highly profitable market, one that is dominated by China, so with graphite classed by the UK government as an essential critical mineral, domestic UK produced graphite will be very attractive indeed.

In addition Methane pyrolysis is an eligible technology for financial assistance under the Hydrogen Allocation Round

They will then utilise the hydrogen produced and also the “waste” nitrogen in the Marram gas mix to effectively expand the MESH project into ammonia production. Ammonia as we know is subject to expensive import levies, so this is yet another attractive market for EPP. (This should also appease the MESH critics out there too as they often touted high Nitrogen in the gas mix as potentially problematic… Not any more!)

One feature that may have been overlooked is the fact that these new developments entirely satisfy the SCOPE 3 emissions requirements from the government and will make the award of the gas/hydrogen storage license from the @NSTAuthority & @energygovuk a no brainer.

The long and the short of it is, that this is another ringing endorsement from a major company of the potential of MESH. It offers further diversification into highly profitable markets and makes the license application even more attractive for the government.

✅ UK domestic ammonia production

It was tricky to buy when the bod was dropped to 18p earlier on when I commented though.

This has been the case since the last raise.

The bid is dropped and is immediately NT to buy at those levels for any meaningful amount. Then we often see a large worked buy get filled. Bit naughty by the MM’s.

Been a busy few weeks for team #V3TC as you can imagine! - last week say us officially appointed to the board and we had 3 days co-working in London as a team filled with meetings - lots going on behind the scenes!

Ultimately investors need to decide whether certain treasury plays are the real deal and the best way to do that is to look at what has worked for SWC etc.

It would seem that a successful treasury business needs:

• An experienced BOD who are well connected and can raise lots of money.

• An AQUIS listing to avoid raise restrictions.

• A US listing

• An aggressive raise/buy approach to get the flywheel going.

• Strong PR

With a pre existing OTC listing reactivated and a pledge to push the PR (Spaces talk booked for Thursday)it would seem that V3TC may have what it takes.
