Hi Tony, it’s actually better than that. There are 300m therms.

180m therms P90 reserves (@ £2.50 per therm) = £450,000,000

Then in the southern lobe 120m therms of C1 reserves = £250,000,000 (dependant on recoverability)

So at £2.50 per therm that’s £700,000,000

At forward winter gas prices of £3.50 minimum that is: just over £1bn

Also worth remembering that when the plant was conceived it was deemed as commercially accretive at 70p per therm.

Most if not all the 1.78 -1.79 trades are buys.

If you refer to the hedge chart published by angus in their site the hedge amount is 1.75m therms which works out at 56,451 therms per day for October.

The current and most recent flow rate is 68,432 therms per day. (Using calorific conversion as recommended by GL on the interview)

Therefore angus is meeting the hedge and has a surplus of 11,981 therms per day to sell full price.

This equates to 68,432 therms

- Hedged sales @ 52p = £941,000 pcm

- Unhedged sales @ £3 = £1,105,000 pcm

- Annual: £31,601,219 approx

I’m primarily focussed on gas plays at the moment and the idea of 5tcf + is very compelling. Also the Dunrobin field looks interesting and should benefit from the governments 91p in the £ levy

The market seems to be eager for shares as I can sell up to 8,500,000 shares in one hit for 1.855p

(I’m not selling by the way, just always interesting to gauge the MM’s position with a dummy trade)

I’m just doing some research on BOIL and just checking I’m not missing anything:

- Currently we are waiting on 3D seismic interpretation to be completed for both Dunrobin and Chuditch.

- Based on the presentation at GoodOil Chuditch looking to be around 5tcf +

- Both Dunrobin and Chuditch will require a JV? Or lead to a buyout?

- Current free cash position just over £2m.

- For Chuditch to move forward BOIL require approval from Timor Leste Government.

- Placings will be required to proceed with each project

Yes indeed it is. Gradually over the past few weeks this has reduced in risk massively for me. Very much looking forward to the December results and the new year. Due to the sidetrack and 2nd comp update I would assume we will get our first set of figures then as they’ll need to confirm the success rate of the sidetrack and resulting production.

So 120bpd is over £3m a year.

Btw that condensate production is huge. Currently at about £3.28m a year. At 12mmscf it’ll be massive
