BV, I’d be surprised not to see an RNS this week.

For me this is derisked and just a case of waiting for an inevitable RNS (hopefully a well written crystal clear one this time)

I was in heavily through first gas last year and ended up selling out gradually as the warrants were scuppering the rise and then sat out the delays through the winter. Recently re bought Angs once they announced the drill was a success and if anything this weeks poor rns has allowed me to buy more knowings what’s coming.

I think we are through the risky phase and will finally reap the rewards

Let’s get them to clear this up

I and a few others on Twitter have emailed George asking for clarifications on several points of the RNS. Basically a polite request to word it better to avoid overall market misunderstandings.
It might have more impact if a few on here could do the same.

I can only buy 300 shares at 1.8p, but I can sell a million for 1.765p and my entire holding in one hit at 1.761p.

They’ve responded saying they’ve not missed a deadline and that they’ve clearly stated in the RNS an update would be provided “later in the month”

I know you say this all could drop at any moment. But having been in several pharma shares timelines are rather lengthy. For instance the CE mark journey could take months/years.
Do you have or does anyone have a clearer more accurate schedule of newsflow?

Interestingly our high net worth investor with a 1.3bn 6% holding in PREM has just taken the full £300k subscription in First Class Metals FCM Ontario based lithium field.

The #CIZ Options RNS:

- The BOD declined a salary increase & won’t raise it for 2 years to help keep operational expenses low.
- 28,942,498 options were issued @ 2.19376p with a vesting period of 12 months for 50% & 24 months for the other 50%. Total options held: 48,685,443
- If/when converted all options will generate £1,068,041 for CIZ.

Reaffirming the BUY rating with a price target of 28.8p.

Also it provides some much needed clarification on the £77m shipyard funding.

HARL will get £65m from MOD, government grants & Navantia & are only liable for £12m. Split into 2x £6m chunks, one in 2023 and the other 2024.
