DRB83,
I am all for realistic and conservative estimates, but GL stated that the field has a life of 9 -12 years and even with the ambitous target for increased flow at 3m therms per month, this is still upwards of 7 years based on the CPR reserves.
What also needs to be factored into your valuation are the other assets, Brockham, Lidesy, Balcombe, the Geothermal etc.
Let alone the huge value that could be assigned for the the 1bn+ cubic meters of Gas/Co2/Hydrogen that our storage facility asset can potentially achieve.
One last thing is the nature of the AIM markets. As we all know, this particular market doesn't assign value to a stock in a logical and financially grounded way. A lot of the time it is almost purely sentiment and interest driven. With the right prevailing wind of media attention and market hype we could see very much inflated prices that way surpass realistic PE/MCAP assessment.
Either way, I am, like you, confident we will see 4-6p in the coming months, driven by RNS's covering the 2nd compressor, nomination figures and the Sidetrack. Beyond that and an energy crisis disaster of a winter with high gas prices I can't see this price going down at all.
Good luck all
