Alongside the other 40,881,818 trade that’s a total of 48,381,818 warrants cleared in the past 24 hours and a tidy sum of £1,016,020 additional revenue.

There are 219,840,089 warrants remaining of which 173.1m are Aleph held and are therefore far less likely to be converted any time soon.

That leaves around 46m warrants that could be exercised in the coming weeks. Once they’re gone there shouldn’t be any headwind for a strong steady SP rise. Also those 46m will generate a tidy bit of income for angus.

They also go on to add that the increase in volume due to the RNS will of course accelerate the warrant churn and most importantly, based on the revenue figures, Angus will be debt free by the end of Q1 ‘23 with ease.

I think since the webinar was announced for Tuesday, it is reasonable to receive the RNS on Monday and not see this as a missed deadline.

Also, to be fair, it’s hard to report a full months figures if you don’t currently know the final days confirmed flow rates. At best they can only issue an RNS with accurate flows etc later today… 4pm?

However, I do agree that an RNS issued today would allow time for it to be digested by the media and new investors over the weekend.

Apologies for the delayed reply Howey. When I converted the figure to mmscf it came to 5.3672 etc so I rounded up to 5.37.

Might need Yanis to verify but I make the most recent flow rates to be 5.37mmscft.

Seems to be stable enough to be keep to schedule for the mid October sidetrack spud

Also, on a side note. We are all very frustrated with the price action due to warrant conversions etc. However, compared to the wider market I think it’s holding pretty well considering.

Currently we are in the midst of a Kwarteng/Truss market crash, we’re churning through warrants and the geopolitical arena is hugely up in the air and sapping liquidity throughout the global markets. But we are holding at a steady band of resistance around 1.875 to 2.05p.

Take UJO for instance, they released quite a ground breaking CPR RNS this morning that in any other market conditions would have seen them rise 20%, 30%, or even more. The market opened 15% up and now (at time of writing) they’re down -4.76%.

I think we are doing ok and are poised for a significant rise on a positive RNS, albeit a zig zag rise due to the warrants.

I agree whilst the share price is so volatile and investors are currently on the fence, a monthly report would be beneficial. However, using the following site (link below) we can get indicative daily flow rates and using this site (link also below) we can obtain a ballpark figure for forward gas prices.

It’s not exact but it is a very good indicator of progress. However I do agree a monthly RNS would be far more effective.

Agreed, I ringfenced a proportion of the oil for OPEX but might be prudent to add some or all the condensate revenue too.

All looking very positive though (especially seeing the flow rates issued today)

BV, yeah with flow stabilised now GL shouldn’t hesitate to mobilise the manpower & equipment for mid October.

I’m quite happy with the warrant conversion today. It’s settled my mind regarding FCF covering the sidetrack etc.
Looking forward to the end of month RNS. Which, on a side note, if it did land on Monday would be perfectly acceptable due to the Tuesday webinar. It certainly wouldn’t go down in my book as a missed deadline as some might like to spin.

Correction: Brockham Aug/Sept/October Revenue approx £240,000

Sidetrack fund:

The converted warrants = £1.6m approx

Condensate sales Sept/Oct of around of = £250,000

Hedged & Unhedged Revenue Sept/Oct @ 43p & £3.00 a therm is around = £1.5m approx

Brockham 50bpd Oil August/ Sept/Oct (not including the 400barrels stored for sale in the March RNS or April/May/June or July production revenue as it may have been used for OPEX) approx = £300,000.

That should be plenty for the sidetrack and it doesnt take into account any ringfenced funds allocated for the sidetrack from the initial funding. (RNS June 2021 declared the sidetrack was fully funded.

£575,650 of extra cash. In my opinion this, and the increase in flow rates, now rules out any need for additional sidetrack funding.
