I rarely have a crossed word with anyone and can usually see others' perspectives and be understanding. I had been as courteous and civil as I could be with you for the past month through your unwavering negativity (understandably you are negative as you've lost a lot of money here in the past), I have also tried to be civil whilst I overlooked your backhanded snide digs.

But sadly I think on the subject of AGL we will have to agree to disagree and both move on.

I will continue to post on this board anything of "actual relevance" to new and prospective investors, such as today's Motley Fool Buy Tip and the newly announced Feb 6th AJ Bell investor event and moving forward I will continue to be a contributor as and when I see fit. But sadly, whatever your agenda is, good or disingenuous, You have painted yourself into a corner lacking any credibility and I have lost all respect for you. Good luck with your future investments.

This was your response to me posting an email I had from CFO, Richard Griffiths, stating the reasons why they had brought the investor relations in the house and got rid of the manager.

If I’d have listened to you and the endless negative posts you insist on issuing I’d have missed out on a 200% rise to 35p. With my small slice at the near top I have added as we have dipped. Very happy with my holding here.

You have asked why I won’t admit things have played out as you’d expected. You said the presentation on November was more hype and wouldn’t amount to anything yet again. This is why I won’t:

Since the (above) “advice” AGL have:

- launched Portrait+ at the San Diego Symposium

- received great results from the Brain Tumour study by

- won a pilot study contract with a large pharma co

- had breakthrough results from the recently RNS’d study

- Berenberg research note of 120p

- pitched at last nights proactive event

- pitching soon at the Investor event hosted by AJ BELL

- DDR symposium in Boston at the end of the month.

The company have kept the momentum and marketing focused plan going since the November presentation. That is the reason why the price rose to 35p. The reason why it has retraced is due to prior placing worries (now resolved as per last night) and usual market mechanics. (Nothing ever goes up I n a straight line). Come on Bantham. You know all of this as you’ve been around long enough to see this for what it is. Let’s cut the BS.

I agree Rarhar, news must be in the offing on Bioview and yes Brett seems very target oriented

I’m not here for a quick 2 week hit n run trade. I’ve positioned my investment at 11p for a longterm hold.

You may be able to spook other investors with intraday fretting but I’m holding more more than my 50% profit (Approx) I currently have.

Has it occurred to you now might be the big turnaround. Or has the fact that you’ve continually lost money here in the past with poorly timed investments made you blinkered?

I must say, I am quite impressed with Brett. Throughout his career he’s managed sales organizations in both the US and Europe, has launched over 20 proprietary specialty diagnostic assays, executed 12 international market deals, executed 100+ US payer contracts, and over 200 business to business clinical testing service contracts.

Re Bioview I’ll look into dates etc… but yes well progressed

You are quite obviously being purposefully misleading here Sangi.

You’re referring to slide 11 of the PDF below. It clearly states:

“HER2 targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being co-developed by Eisai and Bliss Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd as part of a US$ 2 billion deal”

This is clearly part a brief profile of Eisai for investors and doesn’t state ANGLE will be part of that.

What else would you like to mislead on from that paragraph?

That ANGLE have “Revenues >£4 billion >10,000 employees… Or ANGLE have “80 active oncology clinical trials >60,000 participants”

Very underhanded.

Bentham, indeed it was funny. It’s interesting that Sangi et al can post as much as they want about the negative sides of AGL, but when I as an actual investor, increase my listing activity to match - I’m the one in a cult. Damned if you do etc

No anger here Sangi and I’m fine with others having an opinion that differs from my own. I’ve done my DD and happy with my investment.

I was just curious as to why you hit a share with a barrage of posts and then disappear onto the next (in AGL’s case conveniently having risen 140%)

It raises alarm bells to anyone that has half a brain and can smell BS. Whatever your motive (insidious or not) something doesn’t add up.

I was intrigued by your posts on AGL as I can’t remember seeing you on here for quite some time. And it boggles my mind that a smart guy would waste so much time on a company he’s not invested in. So I thought I’d go back through your posting history. Seems there’s a pattern emerging.

You started recently posting on AGL when they’d just hit 29p a couple of weeks ago after a run of positive news and you seemingly have taken an interest off the back of that rise.

Since then you’ve obviously done some research into the company and have prolifically posted SOLELY about AGL since. Each post has been negative and has spun a gloomy tone through any positive news. Why is that?

Prior to AGL it was GROW, who at 214p released an update that you posted/spun as a negative, when it went to 234p and you said this is only going one way DOWN… you negatively posted about them equally prolifically until they reached 265p when you obviously abandoned whatever agenda/plan you had to drive down the price.

Sadly this, and posting everyday about AGL despite not being invested, stinks of a rather disingenuous agenda. Your actions ring alarm bells and You are to be trusted in my opinion.

Well, the sell off yesterday was IMO primarily down to fears of an imminent placing off the back of recent good news. Many posts on here yesterday punting that narrative.

So the big takeaway from last night for me is that with their new cost streamlined commercial focus they may get to being a very profitable business in 2024 subject to the right contracts.

But at the very least there won’t be any placings for some time (until the end of 2024 worst case IMO)

And that makes the investment case for myself and many who sold yesterday much more secure and desirable.

Well Bantham. I’m not quite sure of you’re point but here’s the situation in my opinion:

- AGL are funded until Q2 2025 as per trading update RNS (without any new contract wins)

- So if no revenue generating contracts come to fruition before say late 2024 to Q1 2025 they will need to raise cash.

- However if they do win new contracts and find themselves cash positive/profitable, they won’t need to raise.

- As those new cash positive contract wins aren’t yet confirmed and are as per slide 17 “Other contract discussions in progress” . Then at this stage they can only project that they’ll not need any future raises as these contracts are as yet not signed off.

- Hence Newlands statement

It goes back to my posts yesterday saying Newland is Damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. (I purposely posted that yesterday as a disclaimer as I knew this type of semantic criticism would occur from you et al)

If he’d said ABSOLUTELY NO PLACING EVER, you’d have said “well how can he be sure as those contracts are still in discussion”.

Currently the narrative isn’t meeting with negative expectations and that’s the real issue here.

I think you’re splitting hairs here. He stated the aim is to be cash positive due to new contract wins before a raise is required.

So what I should have written (as many people on here have claimed they’re gearing up for a raise now off the back of recent news) is NO PLACING NEEDED AT THIS STAGE… AS THE AIM IS TO BE CASH POSITIVE BEFORE FUNDS RUN LOW ENOUGH TO REQUIRE ONE.
