Currently, approximately $1 million cash in the bank. With another $1,750,000 to come from the sale of Stanley oil assets. Then another $550,000 available from warrants. So no need for a replacing, the new CEO also stated this in a recent interview (below)

Yes, me too. Previous CEO did a lot of damage to sentiment but I’m encouraged by the pivot to helium and the new boss.

Current oil assets revenue of $1m a year (will increase with Cinnabar workover)

Helium assets EP155 & EP145 in Australia in situ values of Helium (with a little hydrogen and gas) = $6bn+ (based on 25% free carry and 10% free carry)

Vecta 10% acquisition drilling this summer so values TBA

Both the Georgina Energy and Greenvale JV’s are free carry drills so already fully funded.

The new 5 drill Vecta Acquisition is funded from the sale of Stanley.

“31 Mar ‘24 RNS’d banked cash of $0.82m. April Greenvale paid $315K & environment deposit. Since then oil production increased 84%. Cash reserves should sit at well over $1m.

Then there’s approx $500k warrants to boost the coffers and the sale of Stanley which has seen increased productivity so should go for a premium.”

Very true, they didn’t say that explicitly. It’s certainly nice to get the placing out of the way and move forward with commercialisation without having SP rises hindered by placing fears.

I’m not angry re the Q2 2025 forecast, just noting that it was inaccurate… not necessarily due to BOD lies, but probably the difficulty to get finance in these markets and the fact they had to jump on this opportunity on these decent terms.

If you look at my posting history I’m very bullish I bought in around 11 and have an average of 12.5p. So I’m happy with the placing and discount. (Not read Bigbitenows post so also not criticising)

I think we are in agreement Bantham.

With a lower average than the subscription price I’m happy with the placing amount and discount.

The forecast for a Q2 2025 cash runway is one I won’t be forgetting re “trust in the BOD”, but it’s not easy for small cap biotech to get financing and I’m sure they jumped at the opportunity… So I understand the flip side. Once the placing has churned it’ll make an attractive investment for those not already in IMO.
