As an impartial observer. If you distrust the CEO this much I'd sell up and get out. Buy another stock in which you're confident of the BOD. It makes good investment sense and you'll sleep a little better.

Aside from the huge multi billion $ #Helium valuation, the key clip from yesterday’s @masterinvestor presentation was the CEO’s obvious distaste for cash raises & the damage they do to the SP.

He then explains conclusively how all #MSMN’s helium projects are now fully funded. 👍🏻

Yes, I’ll repost this clip tomorrow on twitter as it’s very telling. He seems comfortable to concede past failings with regards to inappropriate or ill timed capital raises. Sounds very much like he certainly won’t be going down that avenue any time soon.

Small cost effective helium focussed team, with oil revs increasing (cinnabar workover TBA too)

Both helium assets in Australia are fully funded through seismic and drills via free carry JV’s

New Vecta acquisition is to be funded from the $1.75m sale of Stanley.

As I’ve also mentioned, the CEO said in a recent interview: no raise for the “foreseeable future” (link to clip below.)

Out of interest are you invested here Stocky? Or is your presence on this board due to concerns that investors might opt for MSMN over HE1?

(You see when a deramper appears on a bulletin board and keeps posting despite not being invested, one begins to question their motives. All it takes is to look at the their posting history to piece the puzzle together)

That being said I’m also in HEX, yet I feel no need to resort to plying doubts over at HE1’s board.

I’d agree with you if this was still run by John Barr. But MSMN is a different Animal these days, hence why I bought in heavily last week.
