on your other point... i was expecting another go at re-dom... until the uk company name change... but yes... nv are taking 25% of the company for an undiluted 19.89%... with the potential of hanwa pre-empting on that and then exercising their 9.9% option to 19.9%... and if i was the bod... i’d have given the other group of cornerstone investors the option to maintain their % holdings... all that exceeds the placing power of the bod... and requires shareholders approval... but would effectively fund the project... if they don’t achieve that funding themselves... the alternative vote could possibly be nv’s offer that may or may not yet be on the table... one way or another... it’s going to production...

the info only goes out to shareholders who hold shares on the record date... nobo’s and obo’s... that’s your nominee account manager... he then circulates it to shareholders in his a/c on that same record date... so you can vote on the resolutions...if you sell out today you’re not a shareholder and don’t get the info and can’t vote... if you’re not a shareholder tomorrow then buy monday it’s the same...
