another corporate action... unable to buy or sell bcn shares now extended until monday... no request for any action to be taken by me... so i would expect the same applies to most uk nominee a/c’s... but maybe worth checking directly if concerned... whilst there isn’t an official suspension of kind... in reality there is... due to shareholders and nominees having to deposit their shares in preparation for the exchange into bcn uk shares... so who what and where are all these trades happening since bcn can shares were deposited...

Bacanora shareholders who hold their Bacanora Canada Shares as Depositary Interests in CREST are still able to accept the offer by inputting an instruction into CREST using the procedure set out in the Circular... they have a shortfall of shares deposited... could be the shares are short... rather than administrative error...

i wouldn’t write the nv offtake/funding deal off just yet... as you can see they came up with the cash for the other one... and significantly more for signicantly less... there was a small window pre-redom for nv to close... which they missed... once the re-dom was re-commenced it basically put that deal on hold... as all the documents would have had to be re-written and re-issued... delaying the agm further... if this price keeps slipping... i can’t see the funders waiting to see what will happen on the other side... and opening half the project equity funding to existing major shareholders... should see all the necessary votes passed...

crest shares going into suspension (limbo)... between 14/3 and 21/3... for the redom... didn’t get that one last time...

it’s in the schedule 1 about the two land parcel purchases... but it’s all in code... i can’t make out 100,000ha from it... that a very large area...

and by the sounds of it... they have/will be giving the other ii’s the opportunity to take part in the equity raise...

reading through the schedule 1 and other docs issued for the redom... is there any prospect of the nextview equity raise closing out now... before the redom... all the figures are stated at current issued capital... would all need rewriting and reissuing... if nextview is delayed until after... their qty shares will come out of the 335m total...

2:25... purchase land surrounding the project... bacanora now OWN 100,000 hectares... :)

looks extremely promising to me... in that both the debt and equity funding is potentially secured... and probably conditional on the re-dom being successful... just need the lme to add lithium and our numbers are in... ;)

not sure about the funding source either... they get more for their $ ¥ €... with the weak £ as it is... and the money may already be here... unlike the funds for the other one... through london seems sensible...

i read it the other way.. this looks to me as a clear indication that we won’t be able to subscribe for new shares... the bacanora uk directors have already voted in the resolution to disapply your uk pre-emption rights... normally afforded under the uk companies act... subject to confirmation vote at the agm... which the bod are recommended you vote for this dis application...

i thought it gave a pretty good explanation as to why there is a delay with the nextview placing... which may be linked to the agm being postponed... at the moment it could be they are prioritising bcn over lix... pushing their deal out into march... that sedar only came out this aft so will be interesting to see if bcn follow up with something similar tomorrow/monday... or get the payment to enable it to close sooner...
