me2... we have a ppa with tesla already... i'll wait until i see the rns that they cancelled it and we're free before i get too excited... until then i'm keeping my feet on the ground... tesla have a ~$6,000/t lce cap... we signed up to it... they have a funding option... who knows what's gonna be revealed tomorrow... please correct anything above that is not in an rns...

the 'supply contract' for instance... what is it actually... i see the supply contracts as little contracts entered into for each purchase order tesla place... only when tesla place an order for x tonnes of lithium hydroxide is there a contract to deliver those x tonnes of lithium hydroxide... if we accept the order...

mine too dallas... and yes i would agree that it would have to be a separate or amended contract... but there are some really tasty conditions in the ppa that i doubt tesla would let go so easily...

and who's to say that rem didn't agree to raise the financing... separately from the slpp... the rns says slpp are no longer seeking financing for the deal...
