that’s quite interesting b... they didn’t cross any threshold... but the date they’re reporting to is the date bcn lithium plc started trading on aim... as a brand new co... so in fact they did cross the 10% threshold from zero?... does that mean that all reportable significant shareholders should be following suit and tr1 their holdings over 3% ?... as at close 26/03/2018...
