not quite daz... the negligible amount of jv1 included in the stage 1 pilot plant is why kdnc sees no value in the fs project... and the additional 19.9% doesn’t appear to have a stop date like we had on mexilit and megalit... it’s irrevocable for us to price match any other offer... or i assume maybe even trigger the sale at our valuation if no other offers are forthcoming...

that’s right daz... they made it pretty clear that was the deal structure in the rns... 30% (up to 49%) of MauCo... who wholly-owns Zulu Lithium (Private) Limited the private 100% owner of the zulu project... so the only way you can invest in that 30% of zulu... is via kdnc... need to see what’s in and what’s not in the zulu project... hopefully there’s not a small section in the corner kept back that they can mine 1st... like has/bcn have... does their scoping study show a max capex $38m to get the dso project going... looks like a backup plan for san luis... or maybe supplementary...

(from clay ? lac)... lithium metal even... you need a big mine for that... and an even bigger reserve to back it up... sonora has that... if bcn f2f this stage 1 pilot plant... they will look a right set... right now the fs pricing looks very sus... but that could be a good thing... or just another another spanner... timed perfectly for the players...

i find it quite exciting that bcn could possibly buy a 60ktpa lithium plant for the same price they have costed for a 35ktpa lithium plant... especially as ps hasn’t ever mentioned looking at making cost savings to the capex yet... will be a big brucie bonus if they manage that during the detailed design and procurement stages...

i didn’t think it appropriate to include the sulphuric acid plant or railroad... bcn aren’t building those... they wouldn’t need those costing in... was just trying to compare the cost of a 35ktpa lithium from clay plant in mexico... against the cost of a 60ktpa lithium from clay plant in the usa... just like i do in tesco when i decide whether to buy 1-tin of beans for a quid... or 4-tins for two quid...

actually it probably overstated... that’s overall... including the acid plant and railroad... it’s just $5.25m/ktpa for the lithium plant... $314m / 60ktpa... buy one get one free... :-)
