if it were me though... i’d go for 50% across the board... tidy the whole lot up in one go... then they could start anywhere they like... ;)

significantly... they have raised 52% of the funding... and they were originally intending to sell us the additional 19.9% of the jv’s in any case... suppose that could work if they didn’t want to let the lot go...

don’t throw the towel in just yet daz... it could all work out in our favour... bcn have had two goes at funding this now... (that we know of)... and failed both times... there could be a couple of jv’s going cheap if they don’t get this back on track... quickly... it’s not like they need all that lithium they’re sitting on this side of the boundary lines now... and kiran does keep reminding us that they do have the funding connections needed to make these projects happen...

i’m not 100% sure about that one b... we have very little interest in the fs project... our priorities will be developing and funding san luis and maybe zulu if we go for it... until bcn are ready to move into the jv areas...

i think they did... they must have... if it wasn’t them... who was it then... they wanted cheap shares too... at the same time handing 50% of the company over to some other cheapskates...

so the $100m is the shortfall that they wanted to secure from the select market... the other $120m is coming from existing shareholders... ii’s & pi’s... strange that they would let the price slip and f2f...

this side of £100m mcap and there’s over 50% of the company up for grabs... could well see this trigger a controlling bid... maybe even a full bid... if the market lets the sp drop much further than this...
