the tr-1 doesn’t seem to sit with the statement in the rns to me... it being reported as the same consortium of institutional lenders... would imply to me that they already held the previous convertible loan notes... prior to it being restructured again... maybe they did but held it individually outside of the trafalgar fund... moving it inside the fund as part of the restructure... /:|
