so... if I'm reading this rns right... it clearly states that they (amapa/pba) can start shipping the iron ore now... and we don't need to raise the $3.5m until *after* the pre-conditions are met...

details of the agreement with indo sino...
the approval of the jrp will result in the transfer of equity of amapá to the pba and pba will own 99.9% of the amapá project... the agreement with indo sino is to invest in and acquire up to a 27% of a joint venture company pba...

it would seem so... we still held 1.5% bcn at the date of the june19 interims... but only realised a loss of £264k (for a sale value of £1.419m) in that period from y/e 2018... now carrying a £1.18m profit into this period...
