whilst i’m still edging on it being in our best interest to complete the settlement with the banks before we do start shipping the stockpiles... what makes you think it’s us that have moved the berth date... the ship booked in behind our booking has also slipped... could they be upgrading the port to load iron ore... or santana holiday break for other scheduled maintenance... seems strange that there are no ships now booked in after the one that’s in dock now... we’re still next...

have you seen modi go down the the pilot station previously... or was he too early to book in and parked straight at the anchorage... i saw that he moved position the other day after you clocked him 1st time... but didn’t see if he went to the pilots...

wouldn’t it be easier for them to just buy a gigafactory... the machine that builds the machine... and then design their own shell shapes and interiors to bolt onto the power train... i don’t think that would be too embarrassing for them anymore... even for any of the big names... tesla now being the world’s #1...

true... good that the commissioning study is being funded from the stockpiles rather than our $3.5m advance then... gives us a bit of time to get this sp re-rated...

i personally think the $9m 12month option for indo to buy us out... is our safety net exit strategy should we decide not to follow through with the project... or something catastrophic stops it in it’s tracks... having put up the $6m by that point... for the $2.5m payment to the historical small labour creditors... and $3.5m for the commissioning study... and all the other work we have done to get it to where it is now... and where it will be then... it’s like a $3m cap indo have put onto us working at risk up to the completion of the commissioning study and payment of the remaining dipb financing...

if we’re happy to ship before settlement with the banks... we must be quite confident that that won’t affect our position to negotiate an amicable settlement deal to completion... having the counter offer from the banks now helps too... should we decide we could move forward on that basis and trigger the 20% rather than have to waive the condition...

yep... successfully docked and ready to load... this one is only a small one... so should be turned around a little more quickly...

back to the original post in this thread then... if the commissioning study verifies that the project is as good as the jrp suggests... or better even... why wouldn’t we take up our 49% option... given the chance...
