i don’t think it’s a question of them not being liable ‘if’ dev successfully pays those debts via the jrp... just that they are still now liable for them... as per the original judgement... no ifs or buts... appeal denego... dev are picking up zamins debts after the date stated... for which anglo aren’t liable... as part of the jrp...

cause... i believe the judgement they are appealing... was that they are liable for those labour debts up to the date stated... which their appeal sought to pass those over to the jrp...

we’re working to the same spec... when they’re now talking terrafactories... plural... size matters... as does scale ability... and costs obviously... location... well... if there is a significant benefit to locate a terrafactory at the lithium mines... somewhere near one of those has always looked ideal to me...
