it’s interesting that you say that... i’ve wondered that a few times myself... it’s intriguing why the courts don’t appear to have gone after zamin for any of the debts accrued during their ownership... it is zamin after all... that went into bankruptcy...

did you ask yourself... who is/are dev... should answer concerns on whether they would/could go it alone...

apologies but it’s way too complicated to go into any more detail... but from our point of view... (i think)... it reduces the labour credits accounted for in the jrp... some of which is now to be paid by anglo... and keeps anglo implicated for their remaining credits being passed to us... if we don’t pay them... that they will be liable to pay if the jrp failed and bankruptcy was declared on zamin... (i think)...

and i do understand the logic in shipping the stockpiles to pay for the recommissioning studies... rather than us raising and triggering our dipb financing now to pay for those... that makes sense... we’d be even more certain of our commitments... even before triggering our dipa 20%... hence why i’m in two minds currently...

what benefit does that have... i think it puts us in a weaker position if we did that... it doesn’t make any difference when we do it... the jrp put it in our control to trigger... if we wanted... we could take our 20% right now if we choose to do so... waiving the settlement with the banks to dipb stage...

i make that at least four double baggers... before we even think of raising the rest of the dipb financing... ;)

it’d be nice to see the scoping study before that too... but they haven’t said they’ve started that yet... even though they raised the cash to do it weeks ago...

the counter proposal was made on the 2nd... i’m taking it that we are still negotiating... as the rns on the 7th... but now have two options should we decide to trigger the dipa financing... whilst we all watch and wait for that 1st shipment to go...

they’re not quite the same... well worth reading both... the counter proposal from the banks 3-weeks ago... isn’t in the robot release... add that to the egm appointment yesterday... looks like we are definitely getting closer... but the ball looks to be in our court now... whether to accept the counter... or seek a settlement somewhere between...

i’ll name that ship in 1... it should sail tonight if they’ve caught up on the delays from the previous 2... they’re queuing up at the anchorage...
