Guilty, as charged! The £2k, not the short term, at this price consider it an early Christmas present! Have a great Christmas & all good wishes for the New Year! GLA
Thanks gmcc! Highlights (IMO) from the Brandon Hill Capital report for those in a hurry - Of St George’s shear “These are another set of excellent results with the average hole depth only 95m suggesting strongly that everything is open pittable.” Of deep drilling at Klondyke “These results demonstrate a high- grade core, confirming that Calidus is dealing with a large mineralised gold system which remains open at depth.” & finally “BHC is optimistic that the number of ounces will exceed 1 million, when the upgrade is complete and we are also hopeful that the average grade will increase.” GLA!
Try the map on page 7 Chirpy - it shows the new tenement mentioned in last week’s announcement. Gone from 550sq km to 781! Nearly 50% more land. Let’s hope it’s full of that safe haven favourite - Gold!
Shanta have tweeted link to an upbeat interview from EZ - excellent 4th quarter, Singida update in next 2 weeks, quarterly update 3rd week Jan, ongoing good meetings with Tanzanian Govt. http://shantagold.com/ & follow their link.
Hello Graham. I’m by no means an expert but, if it works the same in Tanzania as is it here, businesses offset VAT they pay out on purchases of eg. materials for the business against VAT they charge on their sales. Presumably VAT is not charged on the gold they sell, therefore they can reclaim from the Government all VAT they have had to pay out. Hope this helps in the absence of a response from any professionals!
It’s an amazing statistic! But, the sale price of them could change as the RNS says “Unless the Company receives a higher offer during the six week notice period, this is the price at which shares will be sold under the Facility.” Hopefully with more drilling results expected this year (from Subi1’s recollection from the AGM) there should be a SP rise. Good to see CAI getting things in order & Alkane Resources happy to buy the shares up.
If you look at the Companies House info, the name change is from Goldbloc Ltd, not from Lionsgold, so Lionsgold is still Lionsgold, or so it looks to me!
