Yes SBK, nice to see people starting to appreciate Keras has real value in its share of Calidus resource, ahead of the expected latest drill results.

They are not dragging anything out - they are waiting for the Togo licence. Costs have been pared to a minimum, with a very experienced team, and until recently concentrating on Calidus and all that gold. If the directors felt a cash-injection were needed why would they buy shares on the market rather than using their investment to inject some cash, they are obviously not worried about the balance sheet. Roll on a Togo licence and some more bonanza drill results from Calidus.

That�s the MCAP now, & my calcs on CAI share price of 4 cents give GBP 7,250 ish, not so far from your way of calculating. The GBP22k per million KRS held is using the midpoint SP from the RedCloud Pilbara Playbook presentation of 13 cents. Substitute a 13 cent SP for your 4.3 cents and calculating your way I make it about GBP20k. It�s all full of approximations and until D-Day (in-specie distribution day) no-one knows what the SP will be, nor the AUD to GBP exchange rate, so it�s all a bit of fun, albeit based on fact, and no reason why the Pilbara Playbook study guys are not right - we all hope they are for sure! And as the gold price on its bull run is expected to be even higher than their calculations who knows where we will all end up...

Number of Calidus shares does not come into it - my figures use post PFS shares held by Keras, as per the latest investor presentation. My calculation uses ratio of Calidus shares Keras holds per million Keras shares & the Calidus share price.

Monty UK - my calcs - KRS comprises 2.26 billion shares, as you say & will have 723,750,000 Calidus shares after last tranche of performance shares, which works out at about 320,000 Calidus shares per 1million Keras shares. @ 4 Cents CAI share price gives AUD 12,800 in CAI shares per 1mill KRS shares = today GBP 7,250ish But if you use the Pilbara Playback report estimated value say 13 cents CAI share price gives AUD 41,600 in CaI shares per 1 million KRS shares = today GBP 23,600ish....

And if Calidus is bought before the PFS then the PFS performance shares are issued anyway and all KRS shares come out of escrow immediately. Reckon it�s definitely time to make sure we all have as many of our KRS shares as possible in tax effective locations to save having tax liability on any gain, eg. ISA - think there�s still a �20k per person allowance for this year, ie. from April 2018, or SIPP (even non working / non earners can invest �3,600 a year in a SIPP, with the government contributing 20% of that)! DYOR. I�m sensing a buzz in the air!

Tonight�s close KRS market cap �9.16mill @ 0.405p share price = c. 2,260,000,000 KRS shares. After CAI PFS & end of escrow KRS will have 723,000,000 CAI shares 723 million divided by 2,260 lots of a million = c. 320,000 CAI shares per 1 million KRS shares.
