As I read it, they�re not wanting to allot the shares, just setting rules in place so they can. And if they do at some point allot these shares, pro rata, then if we all take up our allocations it would not equate to dilution, surely?

�Brokerage reports suggest upwards of 5.5 cents (no production), there is upside from the current price it's at and it's easily a certain of reaching 1 Million ounces and beyond. Judging by the way klondyke looks we could potentially be looking at a resource of 3.5 million, not the biggest fan of speculation but considering all the old workings on klondyke it looks to be the case. 3 million ounces minimum is the best speculative assessment case for a base case for production. So that brings us past 10 years mine life. Don't get me wrong I know it's stupid to Have an estimate/assumption such as this , this early on but considering the old workings have proof that gold exists and mineralization has been hit on every hole I think it'll be stupid not to suggest what the potential could be given the upside. Not trying to be overly positive because anything can happen but there is a lot of fact to support this theory.�

Some analysts believe that the ADX is one of the best trend strength indicators available.� IMO applying analysis to SHG needs to be extremely carefully looked at, taking into account the dip caused by the country specific challenges it has had, but is rising from admirably.

Thanks Dunkelmann Pine cone wanted a bonus share value per million Keras shares held. As the in specie distribution cannot happen until the shares are out of escrow in June 2019, and as by then the PFS should have been carried out & those performance shares (B) added in as well, making a total of 29,335,000 Calidus shares owned by Keras. It is not clear from the RNS if all Calidus shares Keras holds would be distributed, or just the first performance shares or just all performance shares. However, assuming it�s all the shares, then at current Calidus share price of 4 Ozzy cents & current currency exchange rate, I make that would come to approx �7,500 per million shares held. Of course by then resource could well increase by 1,000,000 ounces and the Calidus share price could rise to 10 Ozzy cents and we�d all have big smiles on our faces.
