I've been on holiday abroad 3 times this year, every plane, hotel and resort has been full to capacity. It seems being 'locked down' for two years was pretty good incentive to spend significant sums on holidays as it highlighted 'life is short'. I suspect that will continue despite the gloomy economic outlook.
The socioeconomic groups who will be really struggling with the cost of living crisis are not the ones spending £1k -£ 4k on holidays with Tui.
