Do you not think this about all LSE shares? There are a significant number of share across all cap that are undervalued. The boss of LSE just got a massive pay deal of £13m too, how that works I have no idea...

If I had a penny for everything a uk based fund manager said that uk shares are significantly undervalued I'd be richer than Warren Buffett.

We've had no RNSs since the trading update, it suggests there have been no significant changes in larger holdings positions. I'd say they're unlikely to offload now. I'd suggest everyone is waiting to see where this 'lands' before loading up to reduce averages.

We won't be the only ones that think the drop has been overdone.

Another one in, change from buy to hold with 500 target. Is there something more here? No way the update last week has resulted in almost 50% drop in share price.

I wouldn't rule out institutions reducing share price to get best value they can.

Current average is £6.33 but it was c.£8.50 before the drop! I have a lot more than Id like to but needed to average down and my initial holding was rather large (as the research had suggested the £8.50 it was sitting at previously was a bargain).

I would imagine there a lot of people like me who bought in the £8s and still holding. When I looked to sell when it opened after RNS best I could get was £5.50 which was too much to stomach so I loaded up instead.

Expecting a lot of after hours trading this evening and pre market trading tomorrow.

44% in one day is more than 'slightly' overdone. I expect a few market makers to have loaded up today at these bargain basement prices.

JonnyGee perhaps you're right. Do you think the Funds already invested will try to reduce their loses by buying at this low price, selling or sit on losses? I note a lot of the FTSE small company funds have been keeping a lot of cash in their armoury recently, perhaps for occasions like this?

I always thought the multiples valuation of YOU was a result of being a data company.

Wow market response has been way worse than I expected. Panic sellers. This was already down 30% in last 6months.

I've been thinking the same. Some have made reference to shorts been taken, could be a contributer? We are very familiar with institutions manipulating the markets.

Also, I wondered given the UK election seems to be a forgon conclusion is their less demand for their data? Appreciating that they are not a one trick pony and don't only supply election data.

I do get your point, which may be correct however I read that as the deal has been done. Whatever funding its referring to has already been sorted. This is inferred by 'In the process of 'completing' a working capital facility.' Completing being the operative word.

They borrowed some money from somewhere!?
