No, it's not fantasy DR! Government agencies have numerous powers at their disposal.

As I have said, questions are being asked. Meanwhile, Dr Diversity and his alter egos will keep trying to play this, but its amazing what can be gleaned from peoples real identities and their bank accounts etc with the right authority isn't it! Stuff to do, as I didn't want to be drawn back in to this, I don't need to be, I'm busy on something else.

no sale of any asset in 9 years, must be the longest NDAs in place of record

a WUP because they didn't pay their lawyers fees in the Logik case, yet the Board continue to take their salaries and all they have done is plunge the company in to three sets of High Court litigation.

July 2023 they announced they had around 400k in cash left in this jurisdiction.

Bearing in mind the above DR, of course people are going to raise questions and eyebrows! So continue compiling a case, but the company have a lot to answer for so far, and investors past or present have a right to query where are monies, why are they offshore if they are, because they were raised for the Rosgeo JV and have not been utilised fully for that purpose, as that JV has now gone by the wayside, why?

why is there no mining going on? no production? when there are supposed valuable metals lying in the ground in abundance?

why have they not sold the concentrate which is being stored at a cost of who knows?

why has Dmitry S disappeared off the face of the earth effectively? why did he have a row with the Board which led to a short suspension and then he had been removed from the Board? He was effectively the front man for the company and has all but disappeared now.

Why did WH Irelands the previous Nomad walk without giving notice and plunge investors in to a nail biting long suspension?

I have not seen the document. As I have said, normally, if you win on the main argument of your case, then costs will follow, as indeed would damages normally, and both were pleaded by M&Q. So if they have chosen not to pursue the same, when they've got what they wanted being the replacement of the certificates after 5 years or wrangling, and probably huge legal costs, then you have to ask yourself why? but then again, are they not registered in Cyprus? my views.

What I would say is that costs usually follow the event, so if the claimant is successful in the main part of their claim, then costs will usually follow in their favour, generally speaking, that is what happens.
