I'm a bit behind the curve as took a position first thing here, and had seen the ft article (link below). Looks a very interesting prospect, and can see this source of battery power taking off for run around town cars which I think is going to become a dominant feature for two car+ families. My brother and his wife have SUV electric for long distance, and a smaller electric car for daily run arounds. However, current electric vehicles do not come without their issues, one being, as my brother discovered early on, when unfortunately someone hit his SUV head on, that it takes an age for the UK car retailers to get replacement batteries from Japan and China! Hopefully, AMTE, along with Northvolt who are already working on it, will solve many of these issues, and provide a much better environmental impact in to the bargain. Can see AMTE being a potential acquisition target. DYOR etc.
