Big question is, where is the money coming from to pay off the Queeld and Mispare case, that's wat you should be asking, when at this moment in time, when a Tomling order has been agreed, a WUP remains in situ? ask yourself that!

IKN the proof is in the pudding as to what has been happening to the company since 2018, the Queeld case, the Logik case, the Gowling case and it's WUP, which is the worst scenario you can get. So the company don't have a leg to stand on when they've managed to embroil investors in three sets of High Court litigation and lose themselves a lot of money, sp from 43p to less than 2p, speaks volumes, so does the dubious rise that occurred based on absolutely no fundamentals as it turned out, no sale, nothing. Get a grip. my views.

Dattabase, how thick are you? the cases should never have been brought in the first place if the company hadn't messed people around, and then cost investors a hell of a lot of their investment. What was the average sp between Dec 2021 and now? it will have been a lot higher than where it is currently. That is what this litigation has cost investors, never mind what has come out of the company coffers, and I suspect that has only been derived at through a certain group shorting the shares for the company. Need I say more. It's disgraceful. This is a company that is not to be trusted, it's actions towards people who end up having to sue them, demonstrates that. entirely my views.

Actually you are forgetting the fundamentals of all 3 sets of litigation, people had good reason to sue the company, the company have settled the two logik cases that were rolled in to one effectively, what did they have to pay out for that? we do not know. Now they have settled the major one that has been ongoing since 2018, and only at the door of the court, If they believed Queeld and Mispare had no case to argue, the company would have run it, but no, yet again, they've conceded and settled at the 11th hour, how much is that costing investors? no one knows, but it will have a hefty price tag I'm sure, I did say a while back they should settle it before it got to this expensive part of the litigation, but they didn't, they left it until the 11th hour, and I hope Simmons and Simmons have got all their costs up front. Dr Diversity is yet again indicating that he has insider information, so we await the settlement of the Gowlings WUP, which yet again, should never have happened. No one will do business with the company, not after this, as no one can be sure they are going to get paid by them without litigation ensuing and having to wait for a settlemen at the 11th hour. It's an awful way to do business, and shows there is something fundamentally wrong with the management in my view. as i say, my views.

Depends what the deal is, but investors will obviously never know, but they had only 400k in July, so it begs the question, where has any money come from to settle it? they will have had to pay Q&Ms legal costs I suspect, they could be hefty, and I suspect they've agreed to the replacement of the certificates on an undertaking from Q&M that they do own the shares, what damages Q&M have also settled at who knows? who knows anything, as it's likely to be kept confidential, so what's new with eurasia, no transparency, nothing! May be Dr Diversity has stumped up from his massive shorting gains here!
