OSF until the certificate of service is seen, it's impossible to work it out, it's supposed to be 7 business days from service, the WUP was dated 25 Oct, as I say, I would have served it the same day, but Gowlings probably didn't take it in, in person, and may be waited for the court to process it and send it through to them, or may be the process server wasn't sure what to do on the 25th as no one was at the address, so went back on the 26th and then again on the 27th, as I say, until the certificate of service is seen explaining about service, no one knows.

It is currently undisputed as it remains in situ. They had weeks before the WUP was issued to dispute the claim and they didn't do it, hence why the WUP was issued. You should all know by now, what the Board say and what they do, tend to be at polar opposites at times. You only have to look at a sale that has stretched out for 9 years and never happened to see that, which now has, oh yes, "low visibility".

I'm proud of Gowlings, I sincerely hope they put an end to this shocking misery which has cost a lot of shareholders a lot of their hard earned cash, with spin after spin of absolute nothingness - no sale, no revenue, 3 lots of High Court litigation, and now their own lawyers attempting to bankrupt them! Bori I have repeatedly said it depends on what date is given in the certificate of service doument that will be filed with the court, but from my own experience, with something as important as a WUP, I would serve it the same day as it was issued! I have explained that the day the company say they got it need not be the date it was served upon them as it could have been left at the premises if no one was physically there.

Very convenient of you friendsps to miss out the whole part of the post from IKN wasn't it, but I think we've all got the measure of you now, and an IFA you are certainly not, teaboy only!

This was just one of many recent abusive posts from IKN no less.

The net is closing in! Monday or Tuesday will likely be Gazette day, unless the company miraculously manages a settlement with Gowlings which it looks as though the court will have to approve, and will no doubt want to see the company's accounts, and could, in fact, if it doesn't like what it sees, fly in the face of any decision and actually make the winding up order regardless. Judges have the ultimate power remember, they make the final decisions, as it is their judgment that will be called in to question if they make a humdigger of one and are then appealed.

And before Beast comes back yet again with misinformation, no one knows what date service was effected as yet upon the company, only the certificate of service will show this, and it's not appeared on the caseboard site as yet. As I say, when in practice, I would have served an order as important as that, on the same day, so I'm taking it that it was served on the 25th and therefore effective on that date. When the company actually saw it or opened it is a matter for them.

On a separate note, best to ignore the likes of Tilly, Mac, etc, as I have said, the matter is being investigated, let the authorities do their job and decide what action, if any, is to be taken.

Have a good Sunday everyone and think of those who are much less fortunate than ourselves, have had to flee their homes, leaving all of their possessions behind, and risking being shot at or bombed. At the end of the day, in circumstances like that, money and possessions mean nothing, its lives that count. The story of the dentist and his family in Palestine last week is heart wrenching, he literally had to leave everything behind and grab his family and leave the area where he had built up his dental practice for the community for over 25 years. How these people manage to somehow start over again is nothing short of miraculous. We should all be opening the doors of our homes to help them, I thinking about it, because wouldn't you hope that someone would do the same for you, if it were you? Think on.
