Queeld and Mispare who knows what is happening there? something is as I would hazard a guess that an emergency application was made on the 7th, something was ordered, and the order has been filed today, but could be wrong. Just wondering B1ll if Queeld and Mispare have now decided to piggy back on to the WUP, knowing that may be it will be advertised tomorrow possibly in the Gazette. I'm sure Simmons and Simmons will have spoken to Gowlings, after all, both are acting for the same client, so no conflict of interest! What an absolute shambles. TG have disappeared again to re-group with their next line of attack no doubt!

Something has just been filed on the Queeld case on caseboard, last movement 9 November, that's today, so what is it as not yet shwon but clearly the crew have been told!

Got ptoblems with my new kitchen, wish I'd never started the project, but that aside, just trying to catch up after a lengthy phone call, so what's DR said now that's likely insider info? That the company has sold something? ha ha, that will be a first in 9 years!

It is an option Summit, for companies who can still trade, but the company informed us in July that it only had 400k cash, it's now November, since July they've paid however much to settle the Logik case, which was a claim of 300k plus costs, and still paid their salaries! To get themselves in to this mess is diabolical. If a FTSE 100 company was in this mess, the CFO would be sacked with immediate effect, and an investigation employed. Nothing happening here though by the looks of it! my views.
