Secondly, your past last night is disinegnuous. You are trying to make out that you know better than anyone how the legal system works, and that you have supposed clients in high places, well you're wrong, the matter has gone much further than your simple analogy of simply pay up and it will all go away, Gowlings issued the WUP, to do so they have had to pay extra court fees and a deposit sum of around 2.6k on top of that as part and parcel of the package, so it's not simply that the petition will be withdrawn if the 108k is paid, as there are added costs now, plus there will be process servers fees as well and they are expensive in London, so the actual monetary cost to eurasia is mounting by the day and it is likely it will need to be determined by the court now due to the added costs incurred. Most lawyers that I know, and in 28 years of working in law I've known a fair few, from top to bottom, most lawyers take the view that if they've had to come this far with a client they don't care any more and they will let the winding up action stand! Furthermore, I have worked in futures, I have friends in finance orgs, JPMs being one example, so I wasn't born yesterday, and I know that many are not allowed to individually trade away from their finance houses, it is forbidden, so with you supposedly working in finance and being so active on here at the same time, makes me think you're a bit of a liar to be honest.
Thirdly, on the question of stating 'sell', that you are trying to argue, so it's okay is it for londonsoutheast to have a tab for people to indicate 'strong buy' there on the left hand side, but you can't tolerate it when people say sell and you consider it disineguous, ha ha, talk about pot kettle black etc! The problem is with you, you've stupidly got yourself heavily invested as per your postings, and you're stuck in the quick sand. That's not the fault of anyone posting here, and its the company you should be calling out.
Lastly, I said long ago I was filtering you, but you kept making references to me, and refused to filter likewise, so I'm filtering you again and requesting you do likewise this time, and that way, we both won't have to tolerate each other any further. If you don't agree, then yet again, you simply serve to demonstrate how cowardly and spiteful you are imo.
