Friendsps, you only recently came along, and unfortunately for you, you've invested when all the shenanigans had already been going on since 2015 when they announced they had interested parties for the sale of MT through a proactive interview, but it never came to fruition, then the Nomad walks out in 2019, with no notice, and plunges the company in to suspension for the max time allowed and gave investors a very nail biting time. Those red flags alone should have started to sound alarm bells. A nomad walking out was pretty dire, and without notice! then look at everything since, including the Churakov mess. my views.

US treasury bonds are assumedly held in the US, so out of the jurisdiction for Court purposes, just like millions held offshore somewhere, Bahamas, Cyprus or both. my views.
