And now something has happened on the Queeld case today so I suspect an emergency application of some nature has been made!

As sirplacealot said earlier today as I think it was, they are snookered, it's check mate, because if they go to court to defend the WUP, they are going to have to explain where they have got the funds from and I suspect a Judge is going to want to see the accounts, and bank statements and as they only had 400k in cash in July and in the jurisdiction assumedly, it's now November, and from that, they've had to pay the two Logiks no doubt, so it doesn't bode well does it? my views.

Beast, I said if it had been served on the 25th, 7 days would take us to today, so my comments were founded on the info at the time, however, further research indicated it was more likely to be 7 working days when looking at the CPR to check, and I provided links and comments to confirm, so just shut up Beast.

They have factual evidence Leno from reading the rns's and then from the enquiries they will make, you are on a loser and you need to stop peddling the rubbish you keep spouting. It's there in black and white about the Rosgeo monies, and offshore accounts. Where Leno is that money if you think my comments are baseless? who was some of it loaned to? why? where? yes, out of the jurisdiction here. You tell me where it is Leno yourself. Start reading all the rns's Leno because you need to. The company took tax advice moons ago and started moving assets away from the jurisdiction here. Why do you think that was? I can't see the Queeld case happening, the company won't want to give evidence on its accounts and current financial position, and where its money is currently held, which clearly isn't in the UK, and I honestly can't see the WUP being defended other than the money being stumped up, but then that might raise question marks as to where it has come from exactly by a Judge and if it's a loan or a gift and a Judge sees they are otherwise virtually insolvent, then he's probably going to make the winding up order anyway. my views again. t's just one hell hole after another from this lot, 3 sets of litigation and counting, their own major shareholders taking them to court, their own lawyers taking them to court, and two companies shareholders no nothing about, how bad does it honestly have to get? as I say, my views.

And again, someone yesterday, was it IKN mentioned the US bonds, but they are invested out of the jurisdiction, yet again!

No Leno they are not. But the authorities are dealing with it anyway, they know my views as they have been aired.

Then we get the problem of the auditors, they have signed off accounts only a few months or so ago, and yet the company can't pay a 108k legal bill! They clearly had to negotiate to settle Logik because they couldn't pay the full amount, and having achieved that successfully for them, they then don't pay Gowlings, which is sickening, and Gowlings end up with no option but to issue a WUP, so they can legitimately write the debt off if it still remains unpaid after a winding up order and the OR moves in! my views and I'm sticking to them. It's been a total farce and a proper set up from start to finish.

There was a big sell went through not long ago. Looks like the crew are out, and have disappeared at long last. I'm off back to bed with a temp, headache and sore throat. Take care to those who have been kind, it's that time of year again! :)

Mizman, they have a winding up petition in front of them as things stand, that means they can't sell any assets without the approval and an order of the court, and the court would stipulate where the funds were to be held in the interim, ie probably in the court coffers to protect them. What you don't understand is that the WUP is effectively an injunction, once served, you can't dispose of anything from the date of the WUP papers themselves without an order of the court. If they go to court, the Judge will want to see evidence of their bank accounts, and if it's clear they can't really trade, there's every danger he will make the order sooner rather than later so as to protect any assets or funds that remain. Get my drift? If they challenge the WUP, they are running a huge risk if they are close to running out of funds. my views.

Bfl at least for once the outright abuse has stopped from IKN, DR etc. Hope I've not spoken too soon. They'll be busy selling down although they never will admit it!

Summit what's it got to do with you quite frankly you are being petty, but yes, for those who hit hard times and couldn't afford it when the time came for payment, but I've never ever issued a WINDING UP PETITION against a client, let alone my OWN CLIENT. That is just diabolical summit and you know it, so stop being so petty with your arguments.

Funny how all the sale soon merchants and all the rest of the positive spinners who have been leading peeps up the garden path for months and in fact years, have now all disappeared isn't it!

Never summit as it happens because I believe in being fair to people, I would rather have recommendations and repeat business than a disgruntled client. That's why lawyers that do have their bills questioned try their utmost to settle it, they don't want a bad review or a bad recommendation, who does? apart from eurasia!

True MrYFronts, but to date they clearly have done nothing and have left Gowlings with no option but to issue a WUP, I mean, how bad is that? You know how bad that is. I'm not sure a Judge would give them the time of day if they now tried to dispute it to be fair and they have to put it before a Judge now if they want to stop the WUP. If Gowlings have proof that eurasia have no funds and are effectively insolvent, the Judge will make the order, so it's risky for eurasia to go before a Judge in any event now if that might be the case, as the order could be made sooner than later! They've backed themselves in to a corner and I honestly don't think they care! my views.

Here this morning, my buy is showing as a sell! simplywallstreet are never on the ball, they said eurasia would go to sp of £3 +, now look, it never even got anywhere near that, their analytical capability is very questionable! A friend of mine has an order in for a DB12, it's hard enough to get on the order book as it is. GLA. my views.
