Jarv you're at it again, its a winding up petition what do you not get? they would have had 3 weeks notice as in accordance with the statutory demand process, so it's not that they just found out about it on Friday. Prior to the statutory demand the lawyers would have tried to settle it. Why do you think Judges hear so many all in one go and simply give the nod, because when it gets before them for the order, it usually gets waved through. It's serious. That ad will probably go in the Gazette tomorrow and once thats in, the banks will freeze the accounts.

It was the PTR for the Queeld/Mispare case. The court always sets a PTR a month or so before to check that all papers are in order and will be filed for the Judge and that all witnesses are attending and have been served with witness subpoenas appropriately.

IKN, Queeld and Mispare might just decide to piggy on the back of the winding up petition as it looks as though that is more likely to happen than their hearing possibly. No doubt Symmonds and Symmonds will be speaking with Gowlings today and getting the low down! In any event, it's possible that Symmonds and Symmonds haven't been paid for the final hearing and so might remove themselves from the court record as acting. A barrister certainly won't appear without the certainty of funds being held by their instructing solicitors.

Sharebel, the Queeld case was listed provisionally for the week commencing 13 November. No idea if there has been any change to that, and especially now in the light of what happened on Friday!

Oh dear Leno, you only have to look at the history here since 2019 to work out, no income, no sales, no sale of concentrate even, placing after placing, monies apparently disappeared offshore somewhere, the company down to 400k in July, three sets of high court litigation, one by their major shareholders Queeld and Mispare, another by their own lawyers, and a third by two companies that we'd never even heard of and have no idea how much the company paid to them to settle the dispute, but didn't pay the lawyers who brokered it, tut tut. Then there's AC's sale of his shares, which the company claimed they knew nothing about after the event, two suspensions, one as a result of the then Nomad WH Irelands walking out, and the list goes on ...... happy Leno? my views.

Personally, and this is personally, I hope the FRC throw the book at the lot of them! It's what they deserve after the way they have treated genuine investors here, many of whom have lost a lot of money on the back of rns's that have never come to fruition and often clouded and shrouded in ambiguity, plus the concealment of 3 sets of High Court litigation. my views.

Certain matters here are out of the company's hands, they are being investigated by the authorities, what their findings will be, heaven knows, but the new added complication of the company's own lawers having not been paid for work done won't have helped. As I have said, how the auditors signed off the accounts when the company were fast running out of money beggars belief, but then again, look at a fine they've had levied against them previously! my views of course. Summit, a winding up petition is a serious affair, it ruins a company's integrity, shot, gone, and especially as it's issued by their own lawyers. As you lot shoot down anyone who tried to point out the red flags as they came along, then why don't you lot who shoot us down put your hands in your pockets and pay the 108k plus costs for the company? You know why? Because you know there's a hell of a risk that you won't get a return! my views.
