where did this go, as the Rosgeo JV wasn't completed? now they are probably about to lose the mining licence for it as well!

With all the shares Carlitto and all the rest of them are supposed to be holding, you'd think they'd sell a few and have a whip round to pay the bill for the company wouldn't you, but IKN can't even pay a charity bet, that's the realism of it.

Outofreach, the situation is dire, sham is right, as I said earlier, they will have had weeks of notice to pay this sum that is owing, they have to had 3 weeks notice regarding the statutory demand, and they haven't answered it. So Gowlings have gone for the last resort which is a winding up order, probably having been told by the company at some point that they have no funds with which to pay. The sum is UNDISPUTED as it stands, so next step is for the advertisement to appear in the London Gazette, which will no doubt be at some point by the middle of this week, and then the bank will freeze the monies, if any, that's left. Nomad won;t get paid, or if he does, then it begs the question where from? and so he will walk and suspension will occur, if not before. Simple answer is the company pay up and shut up, but the situation is dire as it stands right now, as Gowlings have the capacity to wipe the company out now if a Judge makes a WUP order, which is highly likely if the company don't pay up in full. Tricky situation for Symmonds and Symmonds, they are one week away from the Queeld case, and now they might not get paid, so what will they do? they might apply tomorrow to be removed from the record if they can't get hold of any funds from the company, who knows! A total shambles. my views.

Yet they state this in a September RNS, regarding June!

"The Company's current cash assets at 30 June 2023 including cash held in bank accounts (£0.4 million) and US treasury notes (£1.54 million) totalled £1.94 million. The value of unsold concentrate within Inventories at 30 June 2023 was approximately £3.5 million. In addition, the Company expects to receive VAT refunds of circa £1.5 million."

Rns June 2023, yet they can't pay a legal bill of 108k! Laughable. Where did this money go exactly?

This has allowed us to make careful investments in developing our assets and also has given us flexibility in our approach to facilitating diversification in the future."

For heavens sake, ask the company's registrars how many shares I have, they will tell you, and it's below 100!

I HOPE FOR SUSPENSION TOMORROW SO IT PUTS AN END TO THE SHENANIGANS THAT YOU LOT CREATE ON HERE. And for the record, I've not had a 'failed' career, I've had a very good career, in fact several careers, so good that I 'retired' at 45! You really are scraping the barrell, and making a fool of yourself. Danesca was late to the party spikey, joined after the lengthy suspension so didn't suffer through that and the Nomad walking out that caused it. Always thinks the grass is greener and all that, so clearly has little comprehension in reality of what is actually going on, and the huge risk that the current Nomad might also walk very shortly!
