I have a friend who operates out of a similar serviced offices set up on Kingsway here in London, there are office rooms which are booked by companies just for use when they need to meet clients, there's a concierge on the desk who deals with post for the companies who are registered at that address, so that's why I say it could have been left there with someone else or affixed to a postal box at the address say on the 25th but the company didn't actually physically see it perhaps until the 27th, but us mere mortals won't know until the certificate of service is available to view.
