They're getting excited herbie saying that CS isn't going to be paid, but it says 'deferred' and anyway, he knows where the 35 mill is stashed offshore and no doubt has access to it as a signatory so no problems. People are so fickle. Russian management says it all, they will de-list and sell privately to the State and the monies will be out of the jurisdiction of the english courts, just like the 'assets' are, untouchable. And if they lose the remaining litigation, they're toast anyway. CS has his golden retirement in Ireland, he will not suffer.
HE1 still has legs for now, but yes, likelihood is it probably will go the same way, shareholders will always end up eventually being shafted by AIM listed companies.
