Told you before on here, the market does not work like that, it's a myth, market makers stock pile shares, buy low, sell high to brokers, it's brokers who try and match the trades so their books are straight at the end of the day and they're not left holding a load of stock that might not sell the following day.

As per that article I linked, it means Tanzanian citizens won't know the full extent of what the Government has managed to purloin, only what's in the trade agreement! :) imo of course!

As a result, I'm expecting the ML to be rubber stamped fairly quickly, once they've accumulated whatever the agreed amount of shares is!

TG are being allowed to purchase shares at 1.09 or below, and that's why we are being held, it's gone on for too long for it to be anything else, and the company are complicit with it. I suspect it is a part of a trade deal/agreement for when we start to produce and TG will be entitled to a fair whack of the profits but might agree to less if they've been allowed to accummulate shares. So wrong if so, but on the other hand, they must be expecting there to be profits! all imo.

May be the TG are being allowed to purchase share multiples with a view to an agreement on a reduced amount of profit as the end game, so as to apease retail investors, ie a bit less than the average 50% say? what I don't like is whoever is being given preferential treatment, is being allowed to remain anonymous!

Problem is MCNol, as you rightly assume imo, the placing shares should be well and truly gone by now, they were a pittance in comparison to what is being churned through and with the amount of buys going through.

I think someones take on this over the weekend that whoever might be interested in a buy out is buying in, and it's been kept artificially low for them to benefit, will cost less to them on the buy out the more shares they can accummulate, only reason right now that seems plausible perhaps.

There's nothing to see here now until confirmation that the ML has been lodged and any information that is released supporting the same. The sp will stay stagnant and then we can see where it goes on that news. I'm hoping they will seriously consider a JV or buy out, they cannot go it alone, it's just not feasible imo.

This is NOT a long term hold, imo.

H4H mining licences all come under the same jurisdiction, regardless of what it is that is being mined for. 50% of the profits taken by the Government, minimum, is a huge chunk! On top of that, they could demand more shares as well.
