RE: JV/Buy Out6 Sep 2024 09:24
I'm not changing my mind, I've always had concerns, I've been up front and stated this, and I'm referring to something which Jacobs said himself from recollection. Listen to the presentation again. Many here are hoping for a JV or buy out, but if Jacobs has his way, I don't think that will happen, but hope I'm wrong, because otherwise I cannot see how they can sustain any growth without massive monetary handouts, and on what terms? Clearly someone is being offered the placing shares, and ordinary shareholders aren't, that stinks, and whoever is being offered them, is clearly churning them through on profit, and not for a long term hold. The dilution has been monumental, and in turn, that has allowed the shorters to now play with this. Jacobs needs to be out, sacked, no pension pot, no salary, out. He's decimated this, and for the benefit of whom?
