AJBell every bit as bad, constantly getting "no Trade' on AIM shares. Wonder what the lost opportunity cost to PIs is.

SP showed as 165p but couldn't buy at that. Going up again now, will soon be able to buy!

High over past year of £4.33 and it's hard to find sound reason why it won't break through that this week, maybe followed by some profit-taking.

Answered my own question: couldn't trade when SP was 31, as soon as it got to 33 again shares magically became available.

Can't figure it out: trying to add to holding this morning but right now, can't buy even 1 share. "No online quote". Why would that be?

Bit weird grapplehat posting that same thing all over the place, but it's true that Sir John Templeton did just that and made stacks of money. We should be so lucky eh? I bought a book about his methods but have to say it's heavy going and I still reckon all PIs can do is pay attention, stay focused and get lucky.

I can't think that many Boohoo customers will read any of the press articles this weekend.

If paying for BT means I can do normal stuff again, price is not really such an issue: with concert tickets at up to £600 a go (and more), even £50 for a test to let you in is perfectly OK. And if a long-haul holiday costs £2k each, same applies. Crack on.

stt thanks for your response. Looking through your posts, I doubt you can find anything positive to say about Byotrol. I guess you're not invested.

On the face of it, disappointing. On the other hand, UK lockdown began on 16th March, two weeks before the period end for these results. Surely the acid test will be in the half year and full year results to come. I'd almost suggest with today's drop, it might be a great time to buy in. Or maybe wait a while but do keep watching.

Maybe HL is the only serious alternative for a regular traded SIPP. ODX starting to recover again now, still can't buy. Time for a walk.

Thanks, me too. They spent the weekend doing maintenance. In the first hour this morning I did two trade, then it crashed and they don't seem to have a clue. It's serious on a day like today - Novacyt for example was up 9% at one point. Would like to add to ODX right now but can't.

On a morning when the FTSE100 is falling away and ODX (and other COVID related) shares look like a good hedge, AJ Bell's trading platform crashes and they can't say when it will work again.

Are other SIPP share trading platforms working please?

Bit loose with the accounting but may be nothing to worry about. As someone else posted, 50% growth every six months is NOT 100% p.a. but would do fine in the real world. He also implied that as the cash is growing, it follows that so too is profit and the two things need not be at all related in the short- to medium-term.

SP doesn't seem be affected by these presentations and I guess that could be seen as a positive.
