It's been said before: selling/buying patterns for past fortnight just don't add up without a TR-1. Could it really be just mm's playing with vulnerable PI's? I'm surprised at the number of blocks of shares being traded: 100k, 250k, 500k for example, rather than the more usual PI trades based on value. Vexing.

Have to say, looking at other shares I've been watching, UT's have been some way adrift from last trades before UT - both up and down. Wonder why.

If I knew that! On the down side I'm still wary about the warrants and options but on the plus side, I don't think they are a big enough part of the total to make a serious difference if this flies. I'm not concerned that Dr. Cave hasn't Tweeted, I think I would have made exactly the same decision in his place after the faux pas.

Ignore the ridiculous behaviour of the SP in the past three weeks (predicated by what seems unfair, if still legal, behaviour on the part of directors of RMS) and just look at what RMS have (or at least what P2F have!) Even a month late, it's got to be worth a lot more than the present SP. Pity we don't know what the German partner is doing at this point don't you think?

Kainos I genuinely don't know. I was watching the trades on L2 and couldn't decide. If all is well, it just means there was a fair amount of profit-taking into the close, perhaps not surprising after the last few days!

Remote Monitored Systems plc ("RMS" or the "Company") notes the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it is not aware of any reason for the increase.

Answered my own question - Director Purchases this year were from placings at 40p in July 2020. I'll keep looking as the SharePad info doesn't look quite right, although it almost always is.

JHolder that's a good point actually, post-close period. All director purchases this year appear to have been at 40p so may have been options.

Only one II (HL) holds more than 1% of the shares. Colin King holds 0.5441%.

It's unusual (but not unprecedented) for PIs to feature so prominently in the shareholding of a listed company. Either we've spotted something the professionals have missed (!) or there's something else at play here. Maybe we'll know more this side of 2021.

It's hard to believe quite what's happening with AZN vaccine testing but by all accounts any vaccine doesn't need to score that highly (although if I'm taking it then 100% would be good!)

The constant clamour for an RNS here is tiresome. Here's a description of what an RNS is and when it's required. It may help.

"The central point is a company must notify through an approved regulatory information service like RNS any inside information relating to the company.

For an item of news to be classed as ‘inside information’ it must meet the following criteria:

- Be of a precise nature and specific to the company

- Not be generally available

- Be likely to have a significant effect on the price of the shares (be price sensitive) if it were generally available"

Feels like I'm missing something here - sudden rise at the end of the week, no apparent reason. Good.

The rns was indeed positive in a sense, but time is really of the essence for SP over the coming weeks. News from German partner would really help as one has to assume they can start producing before RMS.

I keep wondering who is actually running this business. On the face of it Trevor Brown as Paul Ryan is non-exec. By running the business, I mean determining short-term direction and strategy. Surely someone must be.

Listen to seethreeIPO folks, he's right. Watching the trades over the past five days (too much time!) shows lots of sells up to and including 500,000 shares and for a share that has been so much in the eye of some investors, it's amazing that the SP doesn't move much, just up and down within a range, if anything slowly down.

If there's no notification of major purchase in the next day or so, it can only be PIs shuffling the shares around.

Interesting though that 400m shares approximates to a quarter of all shares.

Not every trade is a sell this morning, but it's true that currently, the largest trades are all sells.

There are watchers, gamblers, traders and investors. Maybe some have left the building.
