Sticking to RNS posting rules, if the equipment HAS arrived, there will be no RNS; if there are further delays, one could argue that should prompt an RNS.
More important to short-term SP is what TB and PR do with their remaining options.
Just possible that he was encouraged to sell. Still the warrants that both he and (I think) PR hold to go yet. Or did PR sell already, I can't recall.
Looking at sell pattern today, suggests at least one holder is selling down. I'm curious to know why anyone would do that. If it IS TB, then the SP is going to be fixed by MMs for a few days but then onwards and upwards.
(1) Presumably when TB has 'gone' as someone put it, ie no longer on the BoD, he will be able to hold up to 3% without notification.
(2) The production line was ready to leave Spain on 24th December. Although it is a good job it isn't a trailer-load of lettuces at this point, a week or two either way at this point surely won't affect our investment decisions.
(3) Stopping the warrants would be a huge achievement; not just for the SP but also for showing that PI's CAN have a voice in AIM shares. You have to wonder why they don't just cancel that part of the plan right now, save everyone the bother.
How does everyone know Alex? It sounds as though he must be quite something.
Rubgyrob thanks, I did reply to tinker a while back and found the Confindustria reference.
SYME is something of an enigma to me: I was invested, got distracted and sold, then bought back in again recently. It puts me in mind of others like Tesla and Novacyt. You almost can't believe it but then again... I'm trawling through the information and found some useful stuff thanks to a couple of posters on premium chat.
What bothers me is the number of crazy posts that just shout out how big it's going to be with no real 'meat' behind them. They're not any better than those who de-ramp continually. It's not that they make any real difference, it's more that they get in the way.
Thanks again!
" He replied that he thought that most investors missed the fact that the Quadrivio Group have around 140,000 business's under their management. "
Can't find that anywhere on their web site. Anyone else looked into Quadrivio in more detail at this point please, although it may not be that important.
Strange request to end the year please: I was trying to buy more NCYT ten minutes before close today but AJ Bell couldn't find NCYT. If I typed Novacyt in full, AJ Bell offered me the French share.
Anyone else notice this please? Fingers crossed we don't get a stupendous rns before opening next week.
Honestopinion is right folks, pay some attention for the sake of your investments and read the information with an open mind.
Whilst it's not our jobs to look after the investments of others, it does make sense to help each other when it costs nothing.
A qualified positive result for Dr. Cave, but do some simple research. If 'Alex' is joining the BoD of RMS, what does that mean for investors. Have you checked out his credentials (and in due course those of the new NEDs)?
Here's a link to get you started on factual information about company officers. Truly good luck all!
