And as for Paul Ryan, rns from 18/11:

"Following this transaction, Paul Ryan holds no shares in the Company. He continues to hold 38,801,756 share options at an exercise price of 1.4p per share."

I think the same applies to TB or maybe it was BRH.

"As a result of this, 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each, (the "Adviser Shares") will be issued to the consultant and application will be made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Adviser Shares are subject to a lock-in until 1st August 2021. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 20 November 2020."

Can they be forward sold before issue? The professional advisor warrants are not exercisable until August 2021.

MrMerlot that was so hard to take in, I had to check it for myself (sorry!).

From the RMS Investor section, updated yesterday, it would seem that Dr. Cave and shares held by 'public' have 98% of the shares.

Big hand to MrMerlot.

Honestopinion that's interesting. In fact, far more of the posts this morning are perhaps adding to our understanding of the situation (although we can only put pieces together and won't know just yet).

My reading of share dealings in BRH is not at all as you say. Click on Directors Deals icon at the top of this page for BRH and have a look at the first half dozen transactions. I'd appreciate your views.

Dr Cave relinquished ‘significant control’ in P2F 6th November and Vivian David Hallam's appointment as a director was terminated on 6th November:

It's significant that RMS owns >75% of P2F according to Companies House.

Parsley2 thanks, a reasoned view. Watching the SP over the past couple of weeks, I'd say it's as controlled on the way up since lunchtime as it has been on the way down recently. Optimistic but not convinced.

But how do we know that the directors of RMS/BRH DON'T have 'skin in the game' again?

HawkesBay that set me thinking and I need to think a bit more, especially as posts today are either nonsense or in some cases, considered speculation.

I'm wondering what RMS would be worth if it didn't own P2F.
