I agree with all of that . The only problem is very much doubt we will get it from Lunn before the vote. That's my issue here.

Zag - the meeting won't disclose anything that's not already in the public domain so we'll all have to vote based on the limited information so far unless Lunn miraculously comes clean.

Get diluted to an insignificant percentage

Give Lunn complete control over US assets

Rely on a long term plan to get oil and gas out of Ukraine with a 50/50 chance it ends up in Russian hands

Tebbin- so tell me why didn't that happen last time there was a vote when 84 % voted against the recommendation of the directors?
