If you think that the news we've had so far from Lunn is going to get the share price above 10p on trading resumption and panic the shorters you need to give your head a wobble. For a start there will be way in excess of 110m shares in issue.

Hepran - surprised you've asked a question like that. This is fairly basic stuff. Each share has 1 vote. So when you complete the resolution form it asks how many shares you have.

Zag - even when you've voted you can change it up to the deadline date which for my broker is 3 November

The judge asked PPP to commit to holding the AGM on 7th November but unfortunately the representative Lunn put forward didn't have the authority to commit to that so unless Lunn submits a cast iron guarantee to the court to agree to this the case will continue.

NU - I for one have no problem in some dilution. I fully accept given the situation PPP will need to raise funds. What I do strongly object to is Lunn trying to get over 50% of the business for himself through his 75% ownership of Petroquest and also seeking approval to allow the board to do absolutely anything they choose. If you're happy with that go ahead and vote yes but I certainly won't be.

Nobody's casting doubt. Just stating facts. By voting yes to Resolution 8 you lose any control of future decisions taken by the company. If you're happy with that go for it but I'm certainly not.
