What if it's passed and they decide to create an additional class of share and the existing shareholding counts for just 5% of the total so the board decide where the other 95% go. Would you be happy with that? Because that's what you are allowing them to do.

That's why the court case is still going ahead tomorrow despite Lunn asking 3 times for it to be dropped. If he does try and pull the AGM depending on court decision an EGM will be called.

So if this is a brand new AGM why have we not been informed that the adjourned AGM from February has been formally cancelled?
