But the point is it didn’t state that he hadn't been paid anything in the 2024 Accounts. It listed payments to him in 2023 and 2024 so why would they need amend the accounts for that.

Yet in the RNS of 25 September Lunn states : "whilst in Olaf Rapp's case, he has been unpaid for over four whole years. "

Unpaid means he didn’t receive any payments.

ASI - SO explain to me if you are right how come the TG have put in a perfectly legitimate request for an EGM and Lunn has just ignored it hence why he has been taken to court. There is no mechanism for shareholders to call their own EGM without the agreement of the company. Show me how shareholders can just call this meeting themselves when the Companies Act states "directors are required to call a general meeting once the company has received requests to do so "

Zag - the payments to Rapp have already been stated in the 2024 accounts so why would it need amending?
